The best!
-04.16.13
Quick Take: long wearing, covers dark spots, moist
I have used this makeup for over 30 years! Great coverage, moist, still good thirty years older.

Too dark
-02.05.13
Quick Take: very dark
I'm a very fair girl, and because the shade was named "very light ivory," I thought it would be. The shade was way too dark to be an ivory, let alone a very light ivory. I had to return it... would call it "medium light." Too bad, because I love Shisheido skincare.

Great foundation for dry to average skin
-07.31.12
Quick Take: great makeup stick!, colors are great too.
Love this makeup stick and have used it on and off for years mostly for light coverage that never looks dry on my face and softens the lines. Sometimes I simply use it as a concealer.

Shiseido Stick Foundation
-06.03.12
Love the stick form of foundation. Color and consistency are very nice, finish is OK but does not give any ooomph to my skin and it does not cover very well. Lastly, this foundation does contain fragrance which I do not like. It went back. Sorry! :-(

Moderate coverage, not long-lasting
-05.27.12
Quick Take: buildable coverage
To achieve medium coverage, as Shiseido claims, I think you'd have to really layer on this creamy foundation. It's better for moderate coverage, and I find I still need to dab on a bit of concealer around the redness of my nose. It does look natural on, but I need a primer's help to get it to last through a work day. I would not purchase this again, and I'll stick to Shiseido's powdery foundation, which is great. For reference, I have medium skin with olive undertones, and I use O-40 (which is a great color match).

Still too yellow
-02.24.12
In another attempt to find a moisturizing foundation, I tried Schiseido in Light Ivory. While it was easy to use and fairly moisturizing, it's still too yellow for my fair skin. I brought it back and bought Lancome Teint Miracle in Ivoire 2C and while it's expensive, the color is perfect and the texture seems more moisturizing than the Shiseido. Yeah!

So so foundation
-01.29.12
This foundation is okay. It provides medium coverage, is creamy, and lightweight. It did cake a little on my dry skin.
I ended up returning it, because the price is way too high for the small amount you get.

Still Amazing!
-10.12.11
Quick Take: cream to powder, long wearing
I first found out about this product from my roommate who had brought it back from Taiwan with her. She gave me hers and I fell in love with it and I was so nervous when I ran out. It was such a relief to find out I can buy it here online.
This foundation is the best for covering up any redness and providing a nice smooth base layer for the rest of your make up. It really blends well with your skin and additional products. It feels creamy when you blend it but I hardly even notice I'm wearing it all day. Such a great product!

great product
-08.09.11
Quick Take: long wearing
I am a big fan of stick foundations, and have tried all of them by now! I don't like the feel of liquids, no matter which products I have tried, high and low end. I have used various Shiseido products over the years and they have all been superior in formula and lasting power. I did use this stick foundation a few years ago, then switched to Laura Mercier stick (now discontinued) because of a better color match. When I was searching for a new foundation to replace the LM one, I tried Bobbi Brown, Iman, and now Shiseido again. Well, Shiseido is by far the winner. Even though Bobbi Brown is heavily advertised, it doesn't compare to Shiseido. The main difference is how light, creamy and smooth the Shiseido stick glides on. You do have to go with a darker color than the names imply, which I agree with from other reviews. I have combination skin with very few lines and basically no wrinkles (thanks to keeping my face covered in the sun since my early 20's), and I like to apply my makeup in the morning and forget about it till I remove it at night, except for a little blotting when necessary to remove shine during the day. I never reapply, ever. I have found that the best way to obtain long lasting results is very simple: after washing your face, first apply a primer, then moisturizer, then apply your foundation, dust lightly with a translucent powder (I love Laura Mercier's), maybe some blush, and you're done. If you have clear skin and just want to make it look even better, this is the product to use.

Perfect for targeted application
-04.28.11
Quick Take: long wearing
I like stick foundations because they are easy to use, and easy to control. I don't need to put foundation all over my face, and with this, I can target the areas with imperfections. It blends very easily with fingers or with a brush, and is buildable for more coverage. I can even use this as a concealer - with a concealer brush (doesn't seem to work with a finger). I am fair and have cool blue/pink undertones, and the I 00 color is perfect for me. It also lasts throughout the day, but is not sweatproof. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Wow Foundation!!!!
-04.03.11
Quick Take: long wearing
I bought the I20 Natural Light/Ivory. It is wonderful. It really blends in well with my skin and it is so light feeling that you forget you are wearing foundation. It feels as if it is part of your skin. It is smooth, extremely light weight, and it is in a stick form. It makes it so easy to apply and blend. I most definitely will buy again. It is a cream stick but it does not seem to clog pores and it looks very natural on your skin.

It's good
-01.27.11
Quick Take: long wearing
I bought this on a whim online after reading a lot of positive reviews. Ive been using bareminerals powder foundation, but ive been hoping to find something i like better and that looks a bit more natural on me. Since im not a huge fan of liquid foundations, i thought id give this a shot. It feels good going on and is easy to use, the only problem is it doesnt give as much coverage as i was hoping for, so i have to apply a bit of powder over it, which defeats the purpose of replacing the powder. Its not a bad product but i wont be buying again.

Perfect
-01.20.11
Quick Take: cream to powder, oil-free, long wearing, light weight
This foundation is perfect for me. It is light weight, easy too apply, great to carry with you, and provides a nice coverage. And it works great with my sensitive skin and doesn’t make me break out.

Great concept
-12.27.10
I love the idea of a stick foundation but am right in between 2 of the shades. Sadly this is not for me but the quality is there and it feels great. If it matches your skin I would say definatly buy it!!

Really comfortable coverage for oily skin
-12.18.10
Quick Take: cream to powder, oil-free, refreshing
I have wanted to try a stick and am glad I finally did. I have been using this for two weeks. The colour match is amazing. It blends right into my skin. It looks great and really melts into the skin. I do need a bit of powder at noon, but I love the ease of a stick foundation.

I like it.
-12.14.10
It isn't so thick but it is enough to cover uneven spots and pimples. I have never tried makeup stick before this one. I like the makeup stick a whole lot better than liquid foundation. It is easy to carry. It feels cleaner. The color I got doesn't exactly match my skin but I think it is because I got the pink tone by accident.
