Best Color
-05.21.13
Quick Take: non-drying, lightweight
I normally use the medium color in this corrector pencil but since Sephora doesn't carry it, I decided to try the dark color. I was pleasantly surprised because it actually works better on medium colored skin even though it's a bit darker because it is more "hidden" and doesn't stand out like the medium color. I would highly recommend trying this color for non-Caucasians. The pencil is wonderful as usual.

a little dark
-04.25.13
Quick Take: great size for small scars
I ordered this because I love the size of the pencil for covering small scars, etc.-this met my expectations. The color was disappointing. I had read in some of the reviews that the product was very light so I ordered the darker shade (there are only 2 shades to choose from)-it was too dark for my medium skin. I wouldn't mind trying the light, but I'm afraid based on the previous reviews that it would be too light, especially with summer approaching

perfect for lining the lower waterline
-03.10.13
I've been looking for something for my lower waterline and this is perfect! White was too harsh. Other biege eyeliners looked too shimmery or would smear off after a few minutes. I ordered this product in Light and it looks pretty natural with my skintone. It lasts a decent amount of time and even if I forget to refresh it in the middle of the day, it still looks better than if I didn't line it at all.

Good coverage but very light
-02.02.13
The light color is closer to porcelain than fair so it requires some blending if you are just "fair". The coverage is impressive. I use it under my eyes when needed but mostly to dot over any blemish with redness.

Corrector Pencil #3
-01.11.13
Quick Take: a must have makeup pencil corrector.
This is one item I always travel with and one of the best little tool for my makeup. I use it every day with and without foundation. I just sharpen my pencil and apply to my little areas to smooth out my look. It makes me look and feel confident. I should know, because I'm a NYC model always on the go!

great for brightening inner-rims of eyes
-07.01.12
I use this to line the inner rims of my lash line and to highlight my cupid's bow. It works great for those tasks though I have yet to try it as a concealer. The pencil is soft and easily sharpens using any standard pencil sharpener.

Great idea but too pink for my skin tone. I needed something with more of a yellow undertone.

Great
-02.21.12
Quick Take: full coverage, lightweight
I use this for two things - covering up pimples, and lining the insides of my bottom lids. It's much more natural than white, and makes me look more awake. The texture is perfect - soft and easy to apply, going on incredibly smoothly. Love it.

great for spots AND as an eyeliner
-01.04.12
Quick Take: lightweight
I hardly ever write reviews but I am so happy with this pencil!
First, I do agree with the other reviews that say this pencil runs on the light side. I usually order lighter shades for my skin, but went with a medium and it was a perfect match.
Since it's a pencil, it's super easy to target specific spots. You just draw right over them! It blends easily without losing too much overage.
I also use this as an eyeliner! So there's this trick to make eyes appear bigger and more awake - line the bottom inner lashline with white pencil. If you've done this you know that a stark white color can look really odd. Use this pencil instead! Since it's flesh colored there's less of a contrast with your skin - much more natural - but you still get the refreshed/awake effect.

Can't Live Without It
-12.28.11
Quick Take: non-drying, fabulous
I have used concealers for years to help cover lines in my upper lips from years of smoking. I have stopped but have the remnents of this horrible habit. I probably will try fillers at some point but until then, I rely on this incredible pencil to lighten and fill the lines. I use both the medium and light. They sharpen wonderfully and last forever. I keep one with me in my bag and several more at home at all times. So glad that Sephora (my favorite store in the world) carries it. By the way, the best sharpener is Grind House by Urban Decay. Get that at Sephora also.

using it as an eyeliner
-11.18.11
I have been using this as an eyeliner on the water line of the lower lid to correct some of the redness in my skin and make my eyes seem more open, more awake.

I love this correcting pencil. I have Asian monolids so my mascara always smudges after make up application so I use this to touch up. Pretty expensive but other pencils are fatter and application is not as precise. I also touch up my lower lash line if my eyeliner smudges on hot days

Quick Take: full coverage, lightweight, non-drying
I've been very impressed with Shiseido makeup in general as far as staying power and overall quality. For some reason, this is way lighter than their Concealer Stick in Light (which I also own), so I had to deduct a star because it's, like, crazy pale. I'm pale but this is ridiculous. Make sure you try it in the store before buying it.

Precise, long-lasting coverage
-01.09.11
Quick Take: lightweight, non-drying, full coverage, convenient
I have this in the color Medium, which I do not see on the site. It seems to work well for light-golden skintones such as my own.
What I love about this pencil is the precision. Because it has the diameter of a pencil-tip, you can really use it to spot-cover pimples and dark spots, which is convenient. The texture is opaque without being cakey, and is also quite long-lasting, especially when set with a powder.
Being a germ-a-phobe, I also like that I can sharpen off the tip once it has covered a pimple (so as not to cross-contaminate, etc.)
Additionally, this pencil is great for evening out the lip line (I have quite un-even lips), and you can also get a lighter color to subtly highlight the bows of the lips, the browbones, or inner corner of eyes.
Excellent product, and I would definitely recommend!

Too light for my light skin
-10.05.10
I'm asian with fairly light skin. I'm not as white as the other girls but Shiseido only has two shades of pencil. I opted for the light one which proved to be much too light for me. I like the Makeupforever concealer pencil much better because it has two different tones in one pencil.

Great for those tiny oops that sometimes happen. Not going to remove a major oops but that is not what this pencil is for. Hopefully they will get more back in stock soon so I can order another.

excellent concealer
-03.21.10
Quick Take: non-drying, medium coverage can be rubbed off
This pencil is more of a light-medium tone and works perfectly for me. It won't cover huge blemishes well but can be used on fine veins near the nose, brown spots and other imperfections to make them disapper

I have a lot of dark spots on my face. This works very well. It blends well with a foundation, and has full coverage. I bought medium.
