This eyeshadow goes on extremely smoothly. I was impressed! The colors are also very pigmented and last a while. This one's a keeper!

Great Color But Breaks Apart

I love this eyeshadow. I've been using it for years. The colors look great, stay true through a long day, and don't crease. My only complaint is that unless you are super deicate with the brushes, chunks of the product often become dislodged. For a pressed powder, it breaks up too easily.

Quick Take: portable, good value, highly pigmented
Shiseido is not know for being cheap, but this quad last for a long time so it's definitely worth it. Each color is high pigmented so you don't have to use very much, and the little applicators it comes with are really good. I usually throw out the sponge applicators as soon as I get a new product, but this comes with different-sized tips and even a tiny brush. If you've never owned Shiseido shadow, this is a good start so you can try 4 colors at a lower price.

Quick Take: good value
These colors were perfect! I love Dior and Nars eyeshadows, but this Quad caught my eye. I love the feel and look of these colors. I get so many compliments when I have this on. I am getting another Quad from shiseido soon. You cant go wrong with these quads.

I'm a fan of the "natural" look, so I bought this in Desert Winds. All of the colors look great together and they blend well. They really do go on with a "silky" feel. This is definitely a go-to palette for something simple and not too dramatic.

I tried my friend's Dusk to Dawn palette this weekend, and I have to say -- Shiseido's single-color eyeshadows have a much better texture than the quads do. I found this palette to be a bit too powdery, and the color payoff is not as brilliant as it could be. However, the colors themselves are gorgeous. I used the light gray color to line my bottom lash line, did a sheer wash of the eyelids with the pink and lilac colors, and added a bit of smokiness with the black. The result was so fresh and pretty that even my bf noticed -- although he thought I wasn't wearing makeup and was just somehow extra happy and glowy. Overall, I'd say that this palette is good if you want more of a sheer, powdery shadow for a light daytime look, but not the best if you want something more dramatic for evening.

I was a MACaholic....until I developed an alergy to it that broke out my eyes. After that EVERY eye shadow I tried made me swell up. Then I found Shiseido. The colors go on smooth and camoflauge my 40+ eye wrinkles. There is a good amount of sparkle when you put it on, but it blends well so I don't look like something out of the 70's. The best part is that it still looks as fresh at 6pm as it does at 6am when I first put it on!

Wow! I bought the Q10 Desert Winds quad and was amazed at how shimmery, gorgeous, and highly pigmented it is! It is so satiny that it almost feels like a cream eye shadow! WELL worth the money!

I enjoy the ease with which these shadows can be applied. The colour is intense (maybe a little too intense), and adheres throughout the day. Next time I think I would opt for a more neutral palette, as the mauves are a little too bright for my skin tone. I am generally impressed by this product, but need to replace it quickly, as there is not very much shadow provided in each quad.

This is one of my favorite eyeshadow. However, the colors are kina light, you can't really see it if you don't apply a base. For the price, I think it's a little bit pricey compare to the quality of the eyeshadow itself.
