Finally! Defined Eyebrows- 03.02.10
Quick Take: natural
I have been using eyebrow pencil and never really gave me defined brows. I was born with confused sparse brows, envying those girls that had thick and defined ones. I ordered the light brown. The angled brush helped me find my best eyebrow shape (using the laws of geometry and proportion). I always get compliments whenever I put this on. And it looks like I am gonna use this product forever!

This product looks very natural. I bought it in BL1, and it matches so well with my Asian brows. I mix the 2 shades together, but black alone looks good also.
It doesn't get 5 stars because it's not long-lasting on my brows. I do need to re-apply after 4-5 hours. It's not water-resistant, either, and can easily be wiped off with a tissue (my fingers always wipe it off by accident when I forget I'm wearing it & start touching 1 of my eyebrows when I'm thinking).

Worth every penny!- 11.27.09

I've owned this compact for at least 5 years now...I use it daily and it looks like I've barely put a dent in it. Unfortunately I lost the original brush but found a similar angled brush..

I've owned the same one for approximately 10 years -- even with using it at least 5 days a week. I am in the market for a new one and just might select this brand again... it has worked so well for me all of these years!!

Favorite eye brow product ever!- 10.09.09

I was cursed with blond eyebrows even though my hair is brown, and this stuff gives the most natural look of any product I've tried. You can adjust the color by rubbing the colors on the sponge. I do right, left, right, right, apply. I've had my original container for over a year, and I'm not anywhere near the bottom and I use it daily.

I love this product! The combination of eyeliner and brow powder is super-convenient. Also the compact is very nice and the brush is very good quality. Unfortunately I got a color that was too dark for me and I had to return it.

the lighter color can be used for eye liner and it looks very natural if you have brown eye or hazel eyes. Of course the darker color can also be used as eye liner or eyebrow as well. It gives you natural, soft looking brows and eyes. You'll never feel you have a mask on anymore.

I've been using this on my brows for over a year now and I am only half through!! It works perfect, look totally natural (and I've tried dozen of products for brows to make them look thickers but naturals with the perfect color... most of them are too reddish and make them looks fake). For a perfectly natural finish, apply, then brush off and for more definition, finish up with a pen sush as two face brownies of mufe eyebrows pen. For a lighter fill, you can also try anastasia pomade which looks very natural.

Shiseido's eyebrow / eyeliner conbo is a great concept that actually does work. The duo can be mixed to make the perfect shade for eyebrows or I can wear each alone as eyeliner either one. The color is very natural looking as a brow powder and blends easily. The same goes for wearing it as an eyeliner. It glides on easily and is super-easy to blend and smudge if you desire. The color stays true all day...no fading or smearing. I love this compact...it's all you need for brows and eyelining in one compact. This is another fanstastic Shiseido product!

I have never written a review before, BUT this product deserves one. I believe groomed eyebrows are essential to all looks. I have used this duo in medium for years. My biggest fear is that they will quit making it; I'd be lost. The pigment is so true and does not fade. Used as eyebrow or eyeshadow/liner it is really all you need for eyes. I have dark brown hair and before seeing this on someone, I could never find the right shade of dark brown...they all looked brown but too reddish, or taupe, never true dark brown. I now get compliments all the time on my eyebrows; one time an artist stopped and asked me how I did my eyebrows and what I used! The brush that comes with it is stiff and perfectly angled allowing for naturally enhanced brows. I use the lighter side in the crease of my eyes. I also use the darker brown with the sponge brush to smudge a line over my eyelashes when I don't feel like putting on mascara or doing my eyes; it's realy pretty and natural. The powder is so smooth and very easy to work with. A little goes a long way. It also lasts! I am on my third pack, but I use it daily, and I have only gone through 3 packs in over 10 years. I really recommend this product; anyone with dark hair will love the dark brown for eyebrows.

i have jet black hair and the black is too black and the dark brown is not dark enough. the brown is also too much on the reddish side. it is water proof and long lasting though. unfortunately i will be returning because the color does not match me.
