It is gentle and takes off everything from foundation to mascara. I can even dab a little on a q tip and use it to smudge or remove excess eyeliner & never irritates my skin even the skin closest to my eyes.

I've never used toner. I have break-out prone skin and it always seemed like toners didn't help at all. With my skin it's always been like the less I do to it, the less prone it is to breaking out. I bought this product on a whim beacause I always wanted to ty this brand and my skin was acting up again. I'm glad I did because it really seems to give me exfoliation, which I need, and it takes off any remaining makeup residue. i also thing the ingrediants are helping ym skin look more glowing and even-toned. It's gentler than a normal toner, it's even gentle around the eyes (which are sensitive for me, other make removers have burned them). My skin's been clearer since I've been using it. I'm very happy with it.

I bought this because I have faith in Caudalie products, it had a good price, it would be a cleanser/toner/makeup remover, therefore good for traveling. I'm satisfied with it on those levels. As a makeup remover I'm not sure about removing eye makeup. It is not oily at all, so I might recommend some eye cream after you remove the eye makeup. I might use something else for home and keep this in my travel bag.

Quick Take: gentle on my skin especially around my eyes
This is a GREAT product! I use it everyday to take off my eyeliner and face makeup. It does NOT bother my sensitive skin or make my face any oilier than it already is. It also lasts a long time if you just use a Q-tip with it to remove eye smudges, especially after waking up.

Great alternative to a cleansing lotion

I got a sample of this and like it so much, that I ordered a larger size. I use it in the morning if I'm not showering that day, or after a workout. It cleans really well, but is gentle enough to use on the eye area. Just make sure to use gentle cotton pads with it.

This is one of my favorite cosmetic products! Not only does it not cause any skin irritation around my sensitive eyes, but it feels no different than water if it gets in my eyes. I love the fact that it leaves my skin feeling clean and not oily. Oh yes, and it does an excellent job of removing makeup.

I like this stuff because you don't have to rinse it off, just put it on with a cotton pad. I have really sensitive skin and it was able to tolerate this cleanser, really gentle and smells good.

i purchased this originally to replace my face wash. it never really gave me the feel of cleaness since you can just wipe it off. i bought something else for the home, but this came in really handy when i was traveling. i bring this with me when i fly.

I just picked this up on the waiting line at Sephora. And I don't regret it for a minute! I have oily skin and it cleans/refreshes my skin just the same as my normal cleaser. This will now be part off my morning regime.
