My sensitive skin fell in love

Quick Take: milky, hydrating, gentle
I am obsessed with this cream clenser. I have rosacea and therefore reeeeally sensitive skin. This is just gentle enough and it leaves my skin feeling SO hydrated and calm, whereas so many others cause irritation and a tight feeling afterwards. Great for removing makeup at the end of the day!

Quick Take: moisturizing hydrating calming
I noticed an immediate difference in my skin the first time I used this cleanser. I also found that I am now using a 3rd of the moisturizer I was using with a normal bubbly cleanser, because this doesn't strip the natural moisture from my skin. This does not remove your makeup, so you need to remove it prior to cleansing.

I am very satisfied with how well this product actually does what it claims to do. I don't even need moisturizer after cleansing my face. It is the first time in 30 years that I feel confident in a product.

I tried this for a solid week, washing once to twice a day. While it behaved as stated and cleaned my skin, my face still turned red. I would classify my skin as "hyper sensitive". Back it went.

I love this product. I currently live in the Central Valley (Stockton Ca.) and the dirt, sun and polluted air in this town is killing my mature chocolate skin. I have to travel to the East Bay twice a week to help my poor dried out skin. I was in Vegas during Thanksgiving and the sales staff told me about this product. I love it. It is so good. I can see and feel the improvement in my skin and I don't have to drive to the East bay twice a week.

I was having major sensitivity to everything I used and bad dryness at one point. This is the only thing I could use for a while..I still use this at night it works great for taking off my makeup. I also love how gentle the ingredients are..

Used this once and skin felt very taught. Moisturized and tried it again the next a.m. and I had dry patches along with taught skin. Confused since it is suppose to "restore comfort to dry skin". Not for me, would sample before purchasing.

Really confused by this product. It dried my face out after one wash, leaving it feeling really taught. Did give it another go, and had dry patches. Not sure why my skin reacted this way, but not a match for me at all.

This product is awesome. It goes on so smooth and you feel your face become hydrated instantly. I recommend it to everyone.
The only negative is that it doesn't remove all of your face makeup, but I have yet to find a cleanser that actually does...

I bought this because of the good reviews and because my skin tends to get dry. It definitely keeps my skin moisturized but does not remove all of my make up. I feel that it also leaves a bit of residue on my face that does not make it feel super clean.

I was looking for a gentle cleanser without any petrolatum or sulfates. I found it! As other reviewers have written, this cleanser leaves your skin feeling plumped and not at all stripped. And my skin feels clean, too-- not coated with goop. I'm not particularly acne prone, but I can get a whitehead here and there from certain products. This in not one of those!

I love this cleanser and have used it for the past year. I have very sensitive dry skin and this never causes breakouts. It removes makeup completely (I use the Shiseido cotton pads) and moisturizes perfectly without being greasy.

After looking for years for a cleanser that works well for dry skin that is sensitive, I have finally found it in this cleanser. Now, most people use it without wetting their face. I use it with my face wet and with my clarisonic. I find it to not only hydrate it, but make it rather soft and supple. It have calmed any irritation I have ever had and also helped to improve the appearance of my skin over time.

A kind sales rep at my local Sephora gave me a sample of this cleanser when I told her my usually-combination-skin has been dry, tight, and flaky. This cleanser is amazing! My skin feels soft, plump, and smooth after using it. I usually use it with my clarisonic but I have found that using it without offers skin more moisture.
On another note, I wouldn't say my skin is sensitive per se, but it doesn't like certain brands (*ahem* Amore Pacific). I appreciate that the ingredients in this cleanser are gentle and a little more well thought out. Definitely purchasing!

Quick Take: creamy but not greasy
A little goes a long way with this cream cleanser. My skin is dry during the winter & I decided to try this product. I am NOT disappointed. I like it cuz it's not greasy & has not made me break out. It is also good at removing makeup. I use a damp cloth to remove it and follow up with a moisturizer. My skin has never been so "healthy" during the winter. I also like that the product comes in a bag (within the plastic packaging) so it's always 'fresh'.

I switched to this cleanser after using REN no. 1 balm. I prefer the cleansing balm better but the packaging didn't allow you to use all the product - the balm separated and the thicker product couldn't get out of the packaging. This was a good alternative. It is good for dry skin but doesn't moisturize like the balm does. This cleansing milk is more of a non-irritating and non-drying milky cleanser. After cleansing, my skin isn't dry but it also doesn't moisturize.
