Great lotion
-05.15.13
Quick Take: hydrating, creamy
Makes my skin very soft, and it seems to be working to prevent stretch marks (I'm 26 weeks, and no stretch marks, yet, and hopefully won't get any!) Smells a little bit funny, not horrible though.

Amazing! Highly recommended!
-04.03.13
I used this cream throughout my pregnancy, starting at 3 months. Faithfully, twice a day. I gave birth to my baby last summer. I've got absolutely zero stretch marks. None. And I gained about 45lbs during the pregnancy - all belly. You can't even tell that I was pregnant now. Such an amazing product! I highly recommend this to everyone!

Terrible product
-03.07.13
Quick Take: a waste
I work as an Esthetician in a Park Avenue Plastic Surgeon's office, so I know skin care. This product was a complete waste. I'm upset I used it for as long as I did, when I could have been using a product that actually hydrated and prevented stretch marks. This product doesn't even absorb in to the skin, it beads up and just sits on the outer most layer of skin, not allowing the product to penetrate and inevitably work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!

It came larger than I thought, it is actually cheap since it is 6.8oz. But, it has kinda wierd scent and feels too creamy for me.

A Must Have for pregnant women
-12.23.12
Quick Take: hydrating
I didn't know about this product when I was pregnant for the first time. It was only afterwards when I was left with horrible stretch marks on my belly and sides from a lesser lotion that I tried this. And after a month or so my stretch marks began to fade, and then ones on my belly completely went away.
Now I am pregnant again - with twins - and I have been using this since I first started to show. I have absolutely no new stretch marks and I am in my third trimester. What a huge difference.
This is an absolute MUST HAVE for pregnant women. It is so much better to prevent the stretch marks than it is to try to treat them after the fact.

After 2 pregnancies, now on #3 - no stretch marks!
-05.01.12
Quick Take: hydrating, creamy
I bought my first tube of Clarins Stretch Mark Control when I was in Paris, shortly after discovering that I was pregnant with my first child. It was recommended by a salesgirl in Sephora on Champs-Elysees. I used it religiously throughout my pregnancy and emerged with zero stretch marks. Same with my second pregnancy. I am now 12 weeks pregnant with #3 and am already using the product.
What I like about it is very rich, creamy texture. It's easy to apply and absorbs rather quickly. I use it once a day, every morning after shower. I use the circular motions to apply it (first clockwise, then counter-clockwise). I used it not only throughout my pregnancies, but also for a month or two following the delivery. I find that it helps condition the skin as your belly "shrinks" back.
This product really works! I cannot recommend it more highly.

I LOVE this product. It is pricey, but I am 28 weeks and have yet to see a stretch mark. It goes on smooth, the smell is nice and just love everything about it!.

Best during Pregnancy
-10.16.11
Quick Take: hydrating, creamy
I used this product during my first pregnancy and did not get any stretch marks even though my entire family was prone to stretch marks. I am now pregnant with my second child (37 weeks) and I dont have any stretch marks! This is a miracle product. I started using it when i first found out i was pregnant and woud apply it twice per day. It is one of the few products that is safe to use during pregnancy. I love it!

So so
-05.03.11
Quick Take: creamy, hydrating
I can't tell it's worthy for what I paid for. It feels right. Not gleasy and sticky but I can't see the diffietences yet. I think its overpriced due to its name 'stretchy mark' lotion. I believe it should be a bit cheaper...

Let down by this product
-10.07.10
This product did nothing to help prevent or minimize stretch marks during pregnancy. It also has a strong alcohol smell to it which was not pleasant. The product did not absorb nicely into my skin (which is on the dry side of normal). You have to be careful with over-applying or it will shed into balls rather than be absorbed by your skin. There are much better and cheaper products on the market. This one is not worth the expense. I didn't even like it as a general moisturizer.

I purchased this product because I hate the smell of cocoa butter. It did not smell good but didn't smell terrible either. I got it home & it went on nicely at first but after it dried, it seemed to rub off and make these nasty little balls. I ended up returning it.
