You will not be upset if you make the purchase of this foundation. It is a little expensive but you will not regret it. I have crazy skin.... sometimes it's oily, dry, reallllly dry and just combo. I can honestly say that regardless your skin type you will enjoy this.

I have acne and this product really grabbed my dry patches on my pimples and brought them out, it looked really flaky.

I love this foundation! I was using mac products before but I absolutely hated them! I'm not one for thick creamy products on my face. This has a nice light feeling to it. Its definitely a buildable coverage. I like to have something light - medium coverage but you can definitely get a full coverage outta this one! It did NOT break me out at all! I have oily skin and this was like my holy grail! Not only that, but I bought this thinking it was way over price but this little bottle goes a LONG way! Its lasted me over a few months. Definitely will buy this again! New favorite product :) The only negative is I wish they had a little bitter of a darker tone after No.25 with a pink undertone.

I got a sample pot from Sephora and I will definitely go back to purchase the full sized one. Medium to full coverage, very little goes a long way. I did not use a lot of concealer and it really made my face stays matte. One day I put a tiny bit on my face, blend it with a dampen brush, and go to Disneyland. It gave me a light finish as if I was only wearing a tinted moisturizer, and at the end of the day, my foundation was still on my face. But maybe because I was wearing a face primer underneath so it made my foundation stayed for a long day. Good foundation for spring and summer.

I love this foundation! It is my go-to, everyday foundation. It provides great coverage and is buildable. I also love the shades! (Not too pink or too yellow, just right!) I go between 30 and 40 throughout the year. However, I do live in Florida and this foundation does not control my shine very well! I will say it doesn't ADD to my shine and I do love the natural finish. It just takes a little extra blotting or powder throughout the day. I definitely recommend this foundation!

I am overall not happy about this makeup. It does matte well but it does not spread well, it accentuated dryness on my chin and looked kind of blotchy all over by the end of the day. The coverage is ok but im not impressed. Im going to try it again but for the money it is soooooo not worth it.

I didn't want to love this foundation to be perfectly honest. I expected it to be a stop gap, a filler to use when I ran out of my YSL but after 2 weeks of daily use I'm a convert. I have sensitive, oily, acne prone skin and this foundation has kept my oil at bay and breakouts have been minimal to non-existent. I do still require a concealer, powder, and blotting throughout the day but I also favor a full/flawless face for work. I would absolutely recommend this foundation if you're looking for a lovely high powered foundation with a beautiful finish and great staying power!!,

I love the coverage of this foundation. It does its job, but it doesn't feel heavy or cakey. I recommend it. If it weren't for price tag, I would use it every day.

When I first bought this foundation I couldn't wait to test it out after reading all the reviews. ( i was also matched by one of their associates) I naturally have oily skin in my T zone, and yikess! This makeup actually enhanced that instead of a matte look. After a Couple times of usage I now only use this foundation on my cheeks, outer edges of my forehead, and jaw line; use other product on my T zone. Otherwise its a disaster..

Hate it. I wanted for it to be good so bad but it just didn't do it for me.
When applied with a foundation brush it would sit in my pores and just look horrible -- I had to start applying it with my fingers (which makes me deeply uncomfortable).
Throughout the day the oiliness of my skin would come through and the foundation would separate and make my skin look worse than it is without makeup!
it looks good at first but doesn't hold up.
Only plus was that the lightest shade was light enough for my skin tone.

I needed a replacement for my foundation that was oil absorbing. Texture and spread ability wad disappointing. I love the make up forever primer so I figured the make up would be just as good.

A great medium to full coverage foundation that is completely matte. Tried it out without the Makeup Forever primer and my oiliness came through and began to separate the makeup. But when used with the primer the foundation lasts for hours without getting the tiniest bit oily. Great for oily skins and covers up redness amazingly !!!

I absolutely love this foundation. It is incredibly long wearing on my very oily skin. It gives me a satin matte finish, which is what I was looking for in a foundation. This foundation is matte but it still works with the contours of your face, so that it looks very natural.
I found that the only way I can use this foundation is with a damp sponge. I have tried using it with my hands as well as a brush, but a damp sponge gave the best finish.
One downside is that it does cling on to dry spots, so I use it with a silicone based primer underneath.

Sad, I ended up returning this product. It had almost a chalky finish on my skin and made my blemishes stand out more. When my pimples heal they dry out and this foundation just made it worse.

I will probably sound like im in love with thus product... which i am! Mat velvet is absolutely perfect for My skin! I dont have super oily skin but it is oily and with mat velvet i dont ever have a shine on me. It stays on perfect! Loveeeeeee it!
