Smells Too Strongly of Laundry Detergent

Quick Take: too strong, sharp, unpleasant, long-wearing
I thought I'd give this scent another try after my previous experience with it. After this trial, I've finally decided to scrap the bottle. It just won't work for me.
I felt like I could smell wet laundry all around me for the entire day. There's nothing feminine or floral about it, the perfume smells too strongly of cleaning products for me to like it.
I don't think I've found a scent that disagrees with my body chemistry this much before though. It gave me a headache all day and I've only worn it out twice.
On the upside, the scent held up very well. I could smell it long after I had applied it this morning.
I'd say I would not recommend this scent unless you really enjoy smelling ridiculously clean.

Great, if your signature scent is "Bounty"

Most perfumes promise to capture the "essence" of something- here, clean laundry- but in this case it's just... so literal. It smells like clean laundry, or more specifically like store brand dryer sheets. It's not a bad smell, certainly, but it smells EXACTLY like dryer sheets. There is no complexity, and it becomes even more strongly dryer-sheet-like as it dries down. If you're the kind of person who is terrified of being perceived as less than freshly showered and dressed at all times, this is probably a great scent. But be warned- it's boring to the point that no one would ever guess it was a perfume, they will assume it's just your clothes out of the dryer. It's also overpriced, when you consider you could just buy a box of dryer sheets for four bucks.

This perfume smell so good in the bottle, it smells just like fresh laundry. But when I put it on, it smelled like licorice! I still like it, but the scent changed a lot on my skin.

it really smells like clean laundry. i got in the a deluxe perfume set. i decided not to go with this one as my full size, but i still enjoy it a lot! it's very fresh!

The scent, to me, is just purely laundry. There really isn't that much complexity, and I suppose its nice to smell like clean clothes, but I think that wearing clean clothes would achieve that affect.
I like the scent, I just don't think that it should be a perfume in itself.

Quick Take: reusable, good value, travel-friendly
If you are looking for a scent that smells like downy fabric softener, this is it. I so love this fragrance because only one spray will last long after you wash your clothes. This will keep you fresh even after any intense exercise ( zumba, spinning class, volleyball) . This is well worth the buy.
