I asked an associate which was the best waterproof mascara they carried, and this was one that was suggested. It gets very flaky towards the end of the day-so much so that I didn't have much mascara to remove, totally gone from the middle of my lashes to the tips. It is waterproof ( I tested it in the shower shortly after my first application) as long as you don't rub your eyes- I got out of the shower looking like I would with non waterproof mascara on! It is very clumpy as well, my upper lashes in the corners would stick to the bottom lashes- maybe due to the wax in the product. Needless to say I am bummed and going to return it tomorrow.

Quick Take: defining, smudgeproof
I have tried a lot of mascaras (Tarte, Laura Mercier-Full Blown Volume, Dior-Show Maximizer, Benefit-They're Real!, even drug store brands) and this is the one for me. I have very light lashes, hard to curl and this mascara did not clump and kept my lashes up! I love the smaller brush, very easy to control. Tossed all the others out!

If you're looking for a mascara that doesn't run, this is it. However, I had a hard time getting it off, even with heavy duty eye makeup remover. The only reason I gave it a decent rating is because it is truly waterproof, but other than that I'm not all that impressed. It didn't offer much length or volume.

Im a swimmer, I swim everyday, sometimes twice a day so it's been a struggle finding a great waterproof mascara that will stay on in the water, and still make my lashes look great when I'm dry! But this is definitely a winner! After an hour or so in the pool I can rub my eyes and not even a smudge! Doesn't flake either! LOVE IT!!

Quick Take: lengthening
i was looking for a waterproof mascara for vacation. i knew i would be at the beach/pool all week. i liked how long it made my lashes look but maybe my skin is too oily. i still looked like a racoon. i was disappointed because the sales associate told me it was her favorite and it did not run and was a very good waterproof mascara.

Quick Take: lengthening, defining
This is really defining my lashes! My eyes look so much sharper with this mascara on. It doesn't volumize though. Doesn't come off during the day, no mess! Not too sure about the bottle design with some flat edges on the bottle but it's the content that matters.

Pros include waterproof, doesn't flake or smudge, comes off easily with sephora waterproof makeup remover. Cons include takes forever to dry, not really volumizing. Overall, I'm pleased that it stays put all day, but my lashes look a little weak.

Good: Definitely waterproof, smudge-proof, flake-proof. Bad: Very annoying case, volumizing=Yes, Lengthening=No. Disappointing in the lengthening. Didn't notice any difference at all

Quick Take: lengthening, defining, slightly volumizing, staying power, nice brush
After going through the samples I had, I purchased the full size. I absolutely do NOT regret purchasing it. I try several mascaras through the year, but always come back to this mascara.
While it is not as volumizing as some other mascaras, the lengthening and staying power of this mascara makes up for it. It has never transferred, smudged, or flaked off on me.
Overall, it's a great mascara and will continue to be a re-purchase.

They sold me the waterproof stuff. I couldn't figure out why it came off so easy. Mine doesn't have the yellow anchor on it. Looks like it was put in the wrong box. Not happy as it isn't the waterproof stuff

I recently starting using more green products. ( no parabens, sulfates, etc.) and this caught my eye, the case was cute ( being honest). However, I DO not care for this mascara. If you are expecting any volume whatsoever pass this up and go for Benefit brand. All this does for me is add color and separate BUT I can only coat my lashes one time, if I do two times I have a Tammy Faye Baker look and they clump together. Not what I was hoping for. As a mascara if let me down and for the price that should not happen. This will be returned for my normal Benefit mascara.

This is a great mascara as it really delivers length,
volume and does not clump! The waterproof formula is no joke, but I would not recommend for everyday. Even after using eye makeup remover and washing my face thoroughly my lashes still had mascara on them which is quite annoying. Go for the regular version of this mascara daily and reserve the waterproof for certain occasions.

Quick Take: defining, so far good for sensitive eyes
I was looking to use with my sensitive eyes and this product seems to work well. I have not had any flare ups at this point with irritation or anything. it is definitely waterproof, I don't think I have had any mascara be as good as this for waterproof.

De loin le meilleur mascara à vie! J'ai toujours été à la recherche d'un mascara qui reste courbé tout la journée et qui n'écaille pas (pas cool avoir des flocons noirs de mascara dans les verres de mes lunettes...). Je l'ai trouvé! La formule waterproof est super efficace. Je l'utilise avec le MultiplEYE™ Clinically-Proven Natural Lash Enhancing Primer. Ensemble, mes cils sont identiques de 6h à 22h, aucune retouche avec le courbe-cil!! Par contre, la formule waterproof est tellement waterproof qu'aucun de mes démaquillants ne fonctionne... Problème résolu avec le Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover.. tout part d'un coup!

By far, the best mascara I've ever used! I have one set of lashes that are dark, and one set that are very blonde, almost invisible...so I wear mascara EVERY day. I also wear contacts, so I need something that will not smudge, or flake. This product is top notch- stays on and on and on, no smudging at all! Stays on til you take it off! It's not stiff or flaky, either. The only negative thought I have is...whatever will I do if they discontinue this gem? Great product!
