I recently had LASIK and was told I could wear eye makeup two weeks after surgery but could not rub my eyes for six weeks after that. So, I needed to find a very gentle eye makeup remover that would remove the makeup without having to rub my eyes. This one is it! I've always just washed off my eye makeup with my face wash but I've found a great new product. Love it!

This is definitely the best eye makeup remover I have ever used! Not oily, not stinging, it gets all of the mascara off easily. Amazing. When I put the cotton round with the removed eye makeup under the faucet, it rinses clean!!

It's hard to get excited about an eye makeup remover. This one is very good. It thoroughly removes all of my eye makeup except when I wear my waterproof mascara. You don't have to tug at the eye area, which is a huge plus, especially as we age. You don't have to use half the bottle to do the job,l either, which is helpful at this price. Give this one a try. It is excellent.

I am only keeping this because it works so great. I will be trying other products after I run out of this because it is so expensive. That is why I gave it 4 stars. However if price is not an object for eye makeup remover then you would love this stuff because of the quality. Because the bottle is so small it is not the best value. I kind of flinch a little every time I put some on the cotton pad before I remove my makeup. However it is kind and gentle on the eye area removes all of my eye makeup and not too hard on my lashes either. You will need to wash this off because your eyes will feel sticky afterwards.

This eye makeup remover actually does what it says it will do. It takes off every bit of eye makeup and does not leave an oily film. I do not use a lot of eye makeup, but I do use eye shadow, brow pen and mascara and this product takes it all off gently and quickly.

Laura Mercier's Gentle Eye Makeup Remover is truly gentle on my sensitive eyes, but gets the job done. It removes even the most stubborn waterproof eye makeup without having to rub hard or scrub. And best of all, it doesn't leave my eye stinging or leave me blurry-eyed. Great product.

I have used many, many eye makeup removers over the years, and this is the most gentle and most effective one. It feels like water, and one swipe across my eyes with a cotton ball and all of the makeup is gone (even eyeliner). There is no need to rinse, which is a bonus.

Quick Take: gentle, smooth
The title of this product tells all: it is an utterly gentle, yet totally effective eye makeup remover. I've used it combined with a cleanser, which is perhaps why I get great results, but alone, it works very well too. My favorite thing about it, and something that I think makes it unique, is that it doesn't hurt the eyes! It is smooth in application, and works for gentle makeup removal. It leaves a bit of moisture after using it, but it isn't actually oily. One may or may not feel the need to rinse after usage.
