Quick Take: exfoliating, cleansing
I love this stuff. I have tried all kinds of Acne scrub and this whole line of products works really well for me. If you use them regularly not just at break outs they work wonders! My teenage daughters use them as well and they have beautiful skin.

great scrub

Quick Take: foamy
I usually use Origins or Dermalogica so I thought I would try this scrub. You only need a small amount!! Feels a bit rough if you use to much. I use it a few times a week with the DDF salicylic wash. They work great together.
Very happy with outcome so far!

If you have acne prone skin, this product is a god send. i use it every other day to deep clean my pores. As a foundation wearer, its important to clean out all dirt particles to prevent buildup and this exfoliating scrub does the job.

i like this soap! its really good and makes my skin pimple free... i have mixed skin... the only thing that i think is that the beats should be a little softer like the peter thomas roth had... snif sniff... overral is very good product!

I have used the salic wash 2% for sometime and after moving to a different climate had a major breakout of small blemishes throughout my face. After a week this product made a huge improvement. DDF is definitely makes a great cleanser.

This scrub w/ benzoyl peroxide made me break out even worse. Harsh scrub on your skin. If you can't use Proactive, you also can't use this item.

This product I have been using form DDF. The reason I love it so much is that is easy to use, really acts like an
exfoliating agent and you can feel it work. Very tiny
granules, but effective, even for severe acne
and you don't need to use a lot. Good luck!

I've used every product, professional and over the counter, for my face. This beats out even top brands like Dermalogica! The scrub is intensive, so people with super dry skin should beware. It keeps my breakouts at bay! I use this on my face, chest, and back for my acne problems. It also has helped clear up old acne scars and discoloration! I love, love, love this scrub!
WARNING- for those with dry skin, use only once a day.

As a licensed cosmetologist I have tried ALOT of professional product and never got the results I received w/ this scub. I have adult cystic acne, large pores & very oily skin. If you trully understand the skin cleansing process this is for you the first 2 weeks I had a few more breakouts which I expected but after 1 month of use I can't belive how my skin looks and feels. I use this scrub 3 to 4 times a week, Glycolic Exfoliating wash & the Glycolic Exfoliating Oil Control Gel. Great Product

Quick Take: grainy
When I first bought it, I used it on my whole face, but afterwards my face felt horrible. Really dry. However, I only get acne on my chin, so now I just use it exclusively on my chin when I have pimples, so I just put an oil-free moisturizer on afterwards. If you want to use it on your whole face, I wouldn't recommend this product, but for a small section, it does help. However, I will probably try a different product next.

This product did nothing to help the acne on my back and shoulders. The bottle is nearly empty and I saw absolutely no improvement. I still continue to have breakouts. This was a waste of money. I would never buy it again.

I thought this product was going to be so great because it had the same amount of benzoyl peroxide as Proactive but it felt like it was a deeper clean. turns out it was a little too deep or more like agitating. i used it for two weeks and it made me break out and have bumps all over my face. when i went to the sephora store i asked someone for help and thank goodness i did bc she was sooo helpful! she told me that it was too harsh for everyday, esp twice a day, for my skin type. i tried using a lot less than i thought and lathering it up first in my hands and that seemed to help but i still took it back, but if youre having a problem with bumps try less and lathering it for less irritation.

I love this product. I am one of those people who try a lot of different products in order to find the perfect one, and I've come back to this one multiple times. It is not overpowering in smell (not perfume-like at all), produces a mild lather, has exfoliating grains that are not too fine (so that it's more like a wash) and not too large (so it feels like a sand blast). Also another bonus is that it made my skin super smooth and didn't dry it out.

It is great for face and anywhere else where you might have problems with breakouts. I found using this also treated and prevented new breakouts. My skin was left glowing after using it only 1 week! It is not overdrying for my sensitive skin.
Be careful to use an old towel since benzoyle peroxyde usually bleaches fabric! I would have given it 5 stars if it were easier to rinse off...the littles beads can stay behind at times.

I'm 35 and have always had fairly clear skin. I started getting terrible acne on my face and neck. I tried every over the counter product and nothing helped. I decided to use the whole DDF line and my face looks amazing. the pumice scrub is my favorite out of all the DDF products. I was worried that it would dry out my skin since I use it morning and night but it doesn't at all. it's really gritty and feels like it's getting my face really clean. it rinses with no residue too. this is so worth the money. I highly recommend it.
