I have been using this particular PTR product for a couple of years now and I have to be honest and say that I don't even need my electric face brush anymore! The smell is great and it buffs while still being gentle on my mature sensitive skin. You won't be sorry you bought it. And...I do use it on my body a couple times a week and it's great for that too!

Was looking at store one day and decided to try this Peter Roth Anti-aging starter set! Took it home and fell in love with all the products, but this is my favorite. Most scrubs break me out, but this one hasn't. I use it everyday! Loved it so much I had my teenage son use it on his face and it has really helped clear his skin up! It really clears away the dead skin and helps with the black heads!

Quick Take: fine little beads, not harsh like some similiar products
I do not use this on my face because I have super- sensitive skin , but it is great on the body. I like the scent. I cannot quite pin it down- maybe cedar or sandalwood. So far this is the best I have found for gentle body exfoliation. I use Vivite exfoliating cleanser on my face, but actually think the PTR product is better so I use it where I can.

I cannot live without the PTR Anti-Aging Buffing Beads Face & Body Wash. I love it and cannot say a single bad thing about it. I keep a bottle by the sink and in the shower. I use this in combination with my Clarisonic face brush. I have been using this product for at least 5 years, maybe longer and I can't imagine using anything else. It isn't too drying and it gets the job done. When I have extra face wash I use it on my hands and I am seeing great results there too. I love this product!

I received a sample of this product and immediately went to Sephora to purchase after it was gone. Have loved PTR products for years mostly due to its firming qualities. Product removes all the daily junk (make-up, environmental) from my sensitive, aging skin without harming, and firms beautifully. Will definitely buy again.

I was recommended this by a facialist for my sensitive breakout prone skin and am very disappointed by the results. I don't feel it exfoliates and my skin ends up dry and flaky and pores are still clogged. Maybe it is better for body.

Quick Take: too gentle?
Had high hopes since this was an Allure favorite but it just didn't do anything for me. After using 1/3 bottle I returned it. I use exfoliants on my upper arm bumps. Most all decrease them at least somewhat, but this product had no impact.

I went into the store looking for a daily exfoliator and came across the PTR rep by accident. I thought of course she is going to try and sell me her line but I really am impressed with everything in this product. I have oily, acne-prone skin and every time I exfoliate I want to do it again but I have been warned about over-exfolating but this exfoliator can be used daily. In the store I put a little on the back of my hand and rubbed it in a little, that was yesterday, and not even kidding you today the hand I used it on looks and feels so much smoother than my other hand! I used it last night and really enjoyed how great my face felt and I hope it continues to make my skin feel this smooth and clean and looking radiant!

I was looking for something for mature skin that is still subject to occasional acne. Im 44 but very oily. Had been a Proactive user but it stopped working and tried Roth's anti-aging face wash which was pretty good, but not great.Have to say I LOVE this! It's evening out my skin tone, diminishing break outs, and appears to give a nice glow that you get after exfoliating. Doesnt dry me out either. And you only need a tiny bit! So I think its well worth the money.

I've been using this product for around 2 weeks, and my skin is definitely smoother. Initially, I was using this on my face and body, but now only my body. My face is just too sensitive. It has eliminated any irritation/bumps that I had from shaving and waxing. My boyfriend loves the way it makes my skin smell too!

I was given a sample of this product and I was surprised at how well it worked. It is very gentle but it really does an excellent job of smoothing away any rough areas on my face or body. No more flaky spots and it does not irritate my skin.

This is a wonderful product. I use it once a week all over my body and on my face. The exfoliation is gentle but you can definitely feel that it works. It is expensive but I've found that a bottle lasts for four months - using it once a week all over. A little goes a long way. Smell is mild - nothing great, nothing horrible.

I'm only 22 but usually the stuff with AHA and BHA helps skin become brighter. This stuff I havn't seen a difference however it is a good gentle exfoliate and do not need alotso cover your body. But it should be good for the skin.

I have been on the hunt for a skin care regimen. I have spend ALOT of money on skin care that is quite honestly....TRASH. This product isnt one of them. I was looking for a product that removed the dull and lifeless look from my skin. This product delivered. I use with my Clairsonic and I love it. The beads are gentle and dont over exfoliate my skin. I dont use it with my clairsonic everyday for fear of irritating my skin, but I find thats ok because the beads do a great job of getting rid of the dead skin. My skins feels soft after every use. Doesnt remove eve makeup that great, but overall good cleaner.
