Dry & stiff eyeliner - 11.17.09
Quick Take: gel eyeliner but was too dry & stiff

I was very disappointed that I could not use this eyeliner. It was dry & stiff. The color looked pretty (I got the blue) but it ruined a brush because it was so dry the bristles of the brush fanned out. I will dry to wet it next time I try but not sure if that will help. It's not worth sending back because of the price but was disappointed that the description says "glides on" but the consistency was not gel like at all.

Threw it away. Not worth the return. I tried to wet it to bring the "gel" formula back to life. It just caked on the brush and crumbled when I attempted to use it on my skin.

Quick Take: smudgable

I actually like this. Yes, it got a little stiff en route, but it is easily remedied by getting a wet brush and applying it. It's not worth it for me to return a $5 item. I'll use it for sure.

Quick Take: long wearing, waterproof, smudgable, stiff, a bit dry to me

I like the color and the staying power. I have this in black. It is a bit dry and stiff compared to my other gel and cream liners, but it does last for hours. Would I buy again?... not sure... because of it being a bit dry and stiff. I love the other NP eye products.
