Consistency was a little weird since you're supposed to dab it on and smooth in with your fingers.. it's kind of a shiny gel. Loved the way it made my tushie & thighs felt. Put this on right before a pool party & it worked really well. Loved it.

Was really looking forward to trying this product because it feels so silky and beautiful. Unfortunately, it barely showed on my skin. This is super suprising because I am so fair. I tried the next shade and it also didn't show very well. Maybe if I used a lot more I would have seen more color building, but the tube is not all that big for the price so it would have run out really quickly.

Not a self tanner

Healthy alternative to a self tanner. I use it on my legs when wearing a skirt or dress... makes it look like I'm wearing sheer panty hose. The color itself does not transfer to clothing but it can transfer a bit of glitter so I'll probably try the matte next. I do think the price is too high (hence the 4 stars). Product come out thick and chunky so I work to keep it towards the opening before I squeeze it to avoid sputter. The texture going on reminds me of how a foundation primer feels.

I'm super pale and was going for that awesome sheen you see on celebs. I bought the lightest shade but really didn't notice a difference when I did one leg and left the other bare to compare. Disappointing!

It smells nice... look, Im already pretty brown but this just made sparkly. Maybe from a different vantage point it covers up flaws, but, for me, its not really doing its job.

Quick Take: amazing
I unfortunately got ringworm from the gym that I go to. It left white circle marks on my calves. I had 3 cocktail parties to go to and a formal event. A friend suggested perfekt. It worked remarkably. I was able to camoflouge the marks auccessfully. I will definitely use it again and recommend it to friends.

I used this perfection gel on the whole body and i thought it was amazing. i really loved it. the thing i liked about it was it wasn't greasy and it made me look really tan and gave me a little shimmer to my body. I suggest you buying this if you want to look tan.

I saw no difference in skin eveness/tone than had I just applied a moisturizer. This was my first Sephora purchase ever that I felt I just threw money away (I know they have return policy but oh well).

I am in love with Perfekt Body Perfection Gel! It adds the perfect balance f glow and color, not too much of either, and is super easy to apply. I got a tip from a makeup professional for flawless application - he said to put a few drops of Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil
in your hands, rub together and smooth over legs before applying Body Perfection Gel. The results are fabulous looking legs; the oil helps minimize blemishes along with the gel, and it lasts all day. Without applying the oil, Perfekt still covers beautifully, and you can layer it to get desired results. Just be sure to blend evenly and let dry (I always apply after I dress). I use Golden for a natural glow. A great investment!

Quick Take: perfect.
This is a great product for quite a few reasons. First, it's gel, which is great for all skin types. Second, it's all orange-based, so not only does it work wonderfully, it smells wonderful too. It gives a healthy glow; and as a bonus, it also erases all imperfections that may be on your skin.

I really love this product. I have fair skin, and have to be careful with bronzing products, because many get too dark, too fast. I bought this in the lightest color they make. I just smooth it over my arms, or legs or any exposed skin I want darker. It does not transfer to my clothes. It does not streak. I am just left with glowing very natural skin. The coverage is buildable, so that you can intensify the effect to get your desired result. This lasts all day, and feels great on my skin. I think this was well worth the money, and I will repurchase. this item.

I purchased this product with the thought that I would be taking it back cause of streaking. I was wrong this gel glides on without streaking looking fake. It stays on until I wash it off feels Great.

List of pros: A little goes a long way. Smells great. Sparkles, but not too much. Lasts for days. Buildable. Moisturizing but not oily or sticky. Makes your skin smooth. List of cons: Expensive (but so worth it).

I don't have the time to get spray tans before events, but I still want to look bronzed in pictures. I use the brilliant tone over my whole body. It makes me look so good. It adds color. People always tell me I look like a bronzed goddess when I wear this. It has a little shimmer, but not enough for anybody to notice you are wearing anything. Nobody has ever asked me if I did anything to my skin when I'm wearing this: I just look naturally tan. It also does wonders to even skin tone and cover up scars. It adds a shine to skin that looks amazing in pictures. Smells good too. Follow the directions on the label and don't use any lotion before applying. Also, you need to let the product set, so air your body out for at least ten minutes before putting any clothes on as to not risk any product transfer.

The consistency is really strange and you have to be careful because it comes out in chunks and falls on the floor - not good for carpet. However, once it is applied, it is really soft and gives a nice bronze color. I use it on my face as well for a subtle glow.
