The packaging is terrible. I returned it, and even the sales rep couldn't figure out how to open it.
I did eventually but it is just too much of a hassle to use. I decided to mix two shades from my Stila Naked Basics palette instead and do my eyebrows that way.

If You're Looking to Try Brow Powder, THIS IS IT!

I love this product so much!
What I first noticed about this brow powder is how cute and compact the packaging is, perfect for your purse or wristlet.
As far as the product goes, I have never used brow powder prior to this because I was afraid that my eyebrows would look too dark and unnatural. This is certainly not the case for this brow kit, just as long as you use the right amount. Because I don't like my eyebrows too dark, I literally only tap the (included) brush to the dark brown palette (I have black hair and black eyebrows so I bought the Dark Brown kit and used the dark brown color; blends in wonderfully!) once every 3 strokes or so. You only need a modest amount of powder on the brush at a time so this product will undoubtedly last for a very, very long time and thus a great investment.
My mom has very thin eyebrows and this powder is perfect for her as well! Even the small amount goes a long way while maintaining the very natural look! I'm definitely buying one for her as well.

I ordered this product because for me, powder gives a softer look than a brow pencil. I have light blonde/graying hair and need to avoid dark, unnatural looking brows. The blonde palette includes two shades; however, only one might be considered (almost) blonde. The other shade is too dark and I never use it. The powder needs to be afixed with the wax, otherwise the brow powder fades away. It would be helpful to have separate applicator brushes for the powder and wax. The single brush gets smeared with the powder and then the bristles splay when applying the wax. I do like the one light shade of powder and that is the only reason I use this product.

Quick Take: messy, cheap
This is the worst brow product I have ever used. I am wracking my mind trying to figure out how it has such high ratings. I literally had eyebrow powder fall onto and into my eyes, it took way too long to apply, and the brush is HORRIBLY CHEAP. I am kicking myself for not spending a bit more money and getting something else, or just getting a $4 pencil at a convenience store.
Also, the packaging it is in is awkward and cheap and feels like something that will break easily. Poor design. Last thing I want is broken brow powder all over my make up bags.
I am NOT new to brow powders, I use brow products EVERY DAY, and I have for many years. The amount of money this costs makes it awful. I would have been disappointed even if I had only paid half the price.
This was the first and last time I will try a Lorac product. Horrible first impression. Sadly, to return this I would have to ship it back, and to order something to replace it I would have to pay more shipping fees. Really unhappy with this purchase.

There are so many things I love about this product. First it comes with two shades--so you have the option to create a lighter, darker or perfectly blended look. The two shades also come in handy for the gal who likes to change up their hair--no need to go out and spend more money on new products. And secondly, it comes with a wax that naturally keeps my caterpillars in place. I have those Italian crazy brows in check! This product is totally worth the money!

lol really ghetto caption but this is my holy grail product, it comes with two shades so you can mix your prefect shade color to your hair or your preference, comes with a wax, make it water proof, and the brush is so stiff but fluffy its just really a perfect kit, i bought brushed from MAC and Anastasia but i catch myself using the brush. my everyday routine is this product allaa loveee it!!

I'm a little new to filling in my brows, after discovering how so much better it makes your face and eyes look, but had a lot of trouble finding the perfect dark shade. I dye my hair black, but my eyebrows are naturally a really dark brown(almost black) color anyway. I was using matte black eyeshadow before finding this brow kit, but black shadow was just a TAD too dark! The colors of the dark brown kit are perfect mixed together, or just use the darkest shade by itself. It stays put all day without smudging or sweating off. I do like the packaging, but I only took one star off because the brush that it comes with isn't so great. Its stiff and a little too wide for the thinnest part of my brows. Trying to apply the wax is a little weird because if you apply with your finger it kind of smears the powder, and i tried with the brush and it doesn't get the wax on the brow hairs good enough. I still like my brow gel better. However, I'm still so glad i finally found the perfect natural-looking color for my brows!

So I am a natural light blonde with a red tint and I dye my hair very dark. So I have these blonde eyebrows with dark hair and it makes it looks like I have no eyebrows. So I went to Sephora and was shown this is brunette, I love it, it darkens my brows and I can shape them very nicely. I recently got it in Auburn as well because I dyed my hair a tad red and I love that one as well

This is the only eyebrow powder that i've seen come close to what is called *blonde*. Plus, with two colors, I can mix the colors lighter or darker.

I went into the store looking for the Clinique brow product but it was only available online, so I tried this one. I don't dislike it, but it goes on a little heavy or I just don't know how to use it -- holding out hope.

This brow kit has everything you need except a spiral brush to finish off the look. The applicator brush works perfectly with the wax and the two colors mean you can match it to your own brows.

As other reviews have mentioned, the teeny brush included with this set it rubbish. However, the two colors and wax are fabulous.
One star off for the strange case; it makes it difficult to get to the innermost color and it took me a while to figure out how to open it.

As all the Lorac products I have purchased, the quality is exceptional...goes on smoothly, the colors are true (auburn) and the application, though not as easy as a pencil, is satisfactory...I apply with a brush I already have and use the tiny brush included for the sealer. Great product for me.

I use this eyebrow palette everyday. I don't know what I would do without it. The color lasts all day and never smudges. My only wish is that Lorac sold just one color (I only use the dark brown color in the palette). I feel bad not using the wax and lighter blonde color powder.

It makes me SO angry that Take A Brow is unavailable in Auburn at NYC stores, yet my mother can buy it for me in the 'burbs of Michigan. That seems backwards.
Anyway, I love this product! I've never been able to find a pencil or powder that comes remotely close to matching my hair; as it seems majority of companies cater to blondes and brunettes. bummer.
