What it is:This brush applies an even amount of liner along the lashline for uniform definition. This brush was on sale in my store, so I nabbed it. However, I use it for nail polish clean up and it works perfectly! I can't speak to it's effectiveness as eye makeup applicator, but if you need a great brush for nail cleanup, this one's fantastic.

Quick Take: synthetic hair
I use this brush with dark eye shadow as liner and have found it a bit irregular. There always seem to be some excess bristles sticking up in the middle so I don't get an even line.

Quick Take: precise
I wanted to get a flat brush for department store eyeliner that isn't sold at sephora. The brush they sold was just too darn expensive. This works just as well and is half (if not less than) the price.

I bought the brush on a whim since I didn't have one, and now I catch myself using it ALOT. I love that it is white, that way I can control exactly how much product is on my brush a whole lot easier.

Quick Take: not so good.
In store the associate said this would be perfect for gel eyeliner... it's not. I've been practicing for 2 weeks and I just cannot make this work. I wanted it to give a thicker line. It's alright if you want a REALLY thick line, but then it covers the entire eyelid with gel liner and it's pretty much impossible to get the flick. Would not buy again.

Great Brush

I love this brush! i use it EVERYDAY! It's perfect for my waterline,and my upper and lower lash line. The only bad part about it is that I use it with my Laura Mercier Tightline cake eyeliner. Which is black, and I put a little water on it, then I don't clean it afterwards. I kind of ruined the brush basically. But I'm glad it's not expensive so I can get a new one :D

Quick Take: synthetic hair, natural hair
I usually use a thin soft brush for eyeliner. Decided to try this but found it a little rough for eyelids & it wasn't really comfortable. But...I did try it for applying eyeshadow and it did a good job.

I usually use an angled brush for lining but really like this one! I was amazed at how thin of a line I good get with it and of course its easy to build it up thicker. I like that its easy to see how much product is on it also.

The eyeliner never clumps up or gets chunky. The line is very fine if you apply it directly to your lid but the wide bristles also allow you to paint the base of your eyelashes for added definition!

Quick Take: synthetic hair
This brush is decent. Like others mentioned, I do find it to be a bit rough on my lids. My other annoyance is that I sometimes use a transformer liquid on my dark shadows and this brush does not get along with the liquid. It causes the bristles to clump together making it hard to create a good line.

I was so excited when I got this brush, but when I used it I found out that this brush was not meant for my eyes. My eyes are round and small (Asian) so when I used it, the line didn't look right. The line ended up being crooked...

I bought this brush for tight lining, but it is a little too stiff and too wide, so it didn't work out for me. I haven't returned it, I'll find a different use for it at some point.
