Not what I expected

I was looking for a brush to use for my setting powder. I purchased this brush and the first time I used it, I noticed some shedding. I washed the brush as directed with Sephora's brush shampoo. I thought the shedding may have happened because the brush was new but every time I used this brush it left 5 or 6 long brush hairs on my face. The brush did what I needed it to do as far as application but picking the hairs off of my face was quite annoying. I exchanged it for the Pro Round Powder 60 and it's much better!! No shedding

Long-lasting quality

Quick Take: soft bristles
I've had this brush since right before my high school prom in June 2006 and it's still the one I rely on for every day application. Only in the past few months have some of the bristles started to come off during application, but I think 7 years is a long time for a brush, considering I used to just throw it in my bag if I was bringing it with me. This brush is very soft and I love how wide it is which makes application fast and easy.

I was not happy with this brush at all. It's cheaply made and broke after the first day of using it. I guess the glue wasn't strong enough. Waste of money.

Awesome brush!

I love this brush. It allows your makeup to look extremely smooth and the large size ensures that it is applied evenly. I use it to apply bare minerals foundation powder and it works great.

I initially bought this brush because it looks so full and soft. However, I was second guessing to buy it because these kind of brushes shed like crazy but the sale girl said it doesn't after you wash it. WRONG, it still shed and it continued. What a bummer because this brush is so soft!!

The size is perfect, it is soft, picks up the product, but it leaves behind little bristles every time! For the price I was hoping to get quality not just something that I'm still looking to replace! Disappointed

I really like the way this brush covers - It applies makeup very evenly with both my mineral powder as well as my bronzer. Best bronzer brush by far - BUT, this brush sheds like crazy. Full bristles, as well as small broken ones fall all over and get stuck to your face. Like another reviewer wrote, if you can get past that, it's great. But the shedding really is quite annoying.

Quick Take: natural hair
This brush is awesome! It's huge and very soft and doesn't hurt my sensitive skin when I apply loose powder. I have had zero problems with the bristles falling out! It is such a good investment and well worth the money

Nice application, but it does shed

So I already wrote a review for this brush shortly after I started using it because I was angry that it shed so easily. I have bought a few more expensive powder brushes to try (that don't shed) since then but I haven't liked the way they apply my bronzer as much as I like how this one does. I thought I was going to return this brush but I've decided to keep it because it's great for my bronzer- picks up the pressed powder well and evenly distributes it on my face. I tried a more dense bronzer brush but didn't like how much it applied- I like to be able to have more control over the amount of makeup so I like to build the bronzer. If you can get past the shedding, this is a great brush.

second one I've owned. super soft, even coverage, the bristles are durable and wash well. Particularly like the short handle for keeping in a makeup bag.

Quick Take: soft bristles
This brush is so big, soft, and fluffy! It feels great when I sweep some loose or compact powder onto my face. Despite it's size, it picks up just the right amount of product while evenly dispersing when applying makeup.

Okay first of all it's sooooo fluffy omg lol okay but seriously this brush is great bronzer or blush and even mineral powder makeup. Yea the hairs fall out alittle but it has so much it doesn't really make a difference and the price is a great some brushes cost twice as much with half the fluff
