Not so great for me

I figured since I love the Acne Solutions foam cleanser that I would give the toner a try as well. I've been using Clinique since my Mom bought me the 3 step system when I was 10 and experienced my first breakout, and I've NEVER had any problems, until now. This product made my breakout even worse, which shocked me because my skin isn't normally sensitive. I tried to give it a try thinking it may be something else, but the moment I switched back to the original toner my skin cleared right up. I give it 2 stars because it made my skin feel really clean and it reduced the amount of oil that would show up on my tzone. Too bad, I really wanted to love it.

I've only been using this for a few weeks, but I've noticed such a difference in my skin! Most of scaring is gone!
I started off just using the cleanser, and it worked really well but now haven integrated the toner and moisturizer it's even better.

Quick Take: refreshing, acne treating, non-drying, superb
Adult acne, combination skin, sensitive skin..... I started using this product at the first of the year and my skin looks and feels so much better. I have tried a lot of products and this helps my skin without stripping and irritating my face. For a 50 year old with sensitive skin,this is a little miracle.

I had to force myself to stick with this step of the 3 step system because I don't like the powders that are in this toner. At first it didn't seem like the toner was doing anything to help my skin and felt very dry and scaly. But after a few weeks my skin has adjusted and it is important to exfoliate while using this system to get rid of the dry flakes! Hopefully things continue to go well :)

This is an awesome toner! I have combination skin with pretty mild break outs, and this just makes my skin feel clean. This has helped reduce the amount of breakouts.

So I got this set today in an exchange for my beauty insider points. I like that it is a 3 step acne-clearing set that comes with cleanser (facial cleansing bar), astringent/toner, and acne moisturizer. The toner/astringent feels like a cheap drugstore brand that i usually get but if it is by clinique i may get more of what i pay for. it is small though so i should use a tiny amount of it. I also use another moisturizer after.

This works so well! Ladies (and gents): make sure you use a cotton pad/ball to apply this! It's not supposed to just soak in on your face; it's supposed to remove residues! Soak the cotton pad/ball, rub it all over your face, and look at the cotton! You'll be pleasantly (and grossly) surprised!

I was really looking forward to getting this product but was really disappointed in it. This is so harsh on your skin and immediately stings as you put it on. I only have a couple blemishes and so it shouldn't sting my face but it is. You can smell the alcohol so strongly in this. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I have found that I like the "Clinique liquid facial soap mild" a lot better.

I love this toner! I use it every night as a part of my routine to help control my breakouts and make sure my face is nice and clean.
To be honest it can be a little (and I mean very little!) drying at times (winter) but when you follow up with a good moisturizer (i use the dramatically different gel from clinique) its totally fine!
Try it and you wont regret it!!

Quick Take: acne treating
Love this. I use it twice a day after using the CLinique acne soap bar, and it's magical. IT's drying because it has acne fighting ingredients, but it's not going to ruin your skin in the process. So happy that Sephora was giving out those Clinique acne sample kit, because I use 2/3 of those products now everyday.

This product is for oily skin, I would not recommend using this product or the entire kit if you have any dry skin. It can be very drying so switch to using it every other day if you experience dry skin. That being said this product and the acne solutions kit is great it helped my skin a lot and I really love this product.

I strongly dislike the clinique acne solutions line, but this product is simply amazing! I have stopped using it on my face as I've switched to a higher end brand, but this product seriously was the only thing keeping my breakouts at bay! Love love love this stuff, really cheap too, which is always nice haha (-;

I bought all three products because I have rosacea and minor acne. Within a week I have now had major break outs and my skin will not quit peeling, I have zits in places I never had problems with before! This is the first product I will be returning from sephora. After a few days it does start to burn my face as well.
