No, it's not a miracle worker and doesn't get rid of your fat completely. But if you're feeling a little bit bloated and have to squeeze into a tight dress, I would definitely recommend slathering this on! After using this a for a week every night before bed, I feel less pudgy and can see my love handles shrink a little bit. Can I say that dieting and exercising isn't a factor in all this? Of course not! But, if you have realistic expectations, I suggest giving this a try. Especially, when you have tendencies to bloat or look like you have a food baby after you eat!

I almost bought this at Ulta, then put it back on the shelf thinking "Nah, this stuff never works -- I'm not going to waste my money." Then I went to Sephora today, and saw Love Handler again, and after speaking to the salesperson, decided to bite the bullet and pay. I am 52, and have nice abs, over a layer of fat, and the skin has gotten puckery. Two applications of this and my stomach looks 10 years younger!!! AMAZING!!!

This does not make you skinny or anything but it de-puffs your skin, allowing you to actually loose an inch (maybe more?!) Be warned - this lotion is not made for those who do not like cold feeling. Not the lotion you want to be slathering on in the dead of winter! Very refreshing in the summer :)

I was pretty disappointed in this product. I've been working extremely hard to improve my body. I've lost an entire pant size in the last couple months and still going with diet and exercise, but this product did absolutely nothing to change my waistline.

I usually put this on in the evening as part of my bedtime ritual. I love the smell and the tingle, the texture is more of a gel than a lotion I think. It also takes a few minutes to absorb. I really enjoy it.

Be careful to understand that the product claims to "reduce the APPEARANCE of....", meaning that this is not really a solution to your bloating. This has a menthol cooling effect on your skin. Although it feels and smells refreshing, I did not notice any drastic changes or improvement in my abdominal or waist area; and did not "whittle" my waist.
Not a good investment in my opinion.
However, it is good to use before going out when wearing something slim fitting or body hugging.
If you are looking to whittle the waist, I personally would advise reassessing your diet and exercise. I wish I had invested in other workout, exercise, and health products instead. For long-term results, I would definitely not buy this product again.

I like it. I had gastric bypass 10 years ago and lost 250 lb, had the tummy tuck, which took care of the lower abs and flattened them out. But still had some issues with upper abs, I have lost another 100 lbs this past year and really this seems to be helping with the saggy skin issue :)

I swear by this stuff every morning. I don't know if it necessarily helps me "lose" weight and get rid of inches, I personally think only eating right and exercising can do that. But I do feel that this helps firm and tighten my skin. Love this!

I really don't know if it's working. I exercise regularly. I'm not the healthiest eater but I don't have a lot to lose anyways. I like the cool mint feeling that does make my abs contract like it's getting a workout. I've only used it for about 2 weeks. So far I like, but not too sure if it will lead me to having a 6 pack. If you're looking for a miracle product I'd say save your money but if you're already in shape and just need a slight toning it might not hurt to try this out.

I really wanted to believe it was doing something. Maybe it did, and maybe it didn't. Seeing as how it needs to be used in conjunction with exercise, you really don't know what it is that's helping you look the way you do. I'm going to say it's the exercise. Yes, it tingles for a second, but thats as far as it goes. It gets 2 stars because somewhere deep down, I wanna believe it helped.. a little.

So obviously you wont get a miracle with this...it wont GIVE you a tight toned tummy if you like your junk food and wont get off the couch. HOWEVER, if you add it to your workout routine, or even throw in a few extra crunches....yes, with some time and consistent use it will accelerate the results. I honestly packed on a few pounds recently and my tummy was looking shameful. So I started slapping this on before my spin and kickboxing classes and right after or before a core workout and within TWO WEEKS of religiously using it (and eating better) my tummy looked MUCH better. I am positive this helped because I remember whenever I locked down on my eating and working out SANS the LoveHandler it took a lot longer for my belly to look decent. Will be purchasing this again probably....and it does last a while, you only need a dime size! Smells minty which at first threw me off....but honestly I love it now. Anything that would smell fruity I wouldnt trust to tighten and taunt my midsection

I've been using this with the fat girl slim in the morning and fat girl sleep at night and my thighs and bum haven'y looked this smooth for years. I've been losing weight and it seemed the more I lost, the more the cellulite appeared. I'm not any slimmer because of this product, but the cellulite has decreased exponentially!!! I can wear a bathing suit with confidence and my short shorts look fab now!

I was skeptical about purchasing this item, but after using it for a couple of weeks it really does tighten your skin. You can feel the difference in your skin after massing it in. You do need to massage it until dry. I also use this lotion on my upper arms to tighten the skin. Of course, you will not lose weight using this product, but it definately tightens nicely. I would puchase again.
