I've used a lot of different eyeliners (this one was recommended to me by a friend's mother who works for Sheisedo), but this is by far my favorite. I tend to have oily lids & this smudges very little by the end of the day. Creamy & goes on very smooth but doesn't dry right away so it's easy to clean up any mistakes that might be made. The brush that it comes with is a little too stiff & small for my liking since I'm use to a full sized brush. I've had this for almost a year & after daily use it's still quite full. For now I only have it in black but I would definitely consider buying it in brown as well.

I thought this eyeliner would be great, but after I purchased it I was disappointed with it. I don't think it is pigmented enough, I don't like the texture and I have to apply it with my own brush, because the brush it comes with doesn't work that great.

This is the best liner I have ever tried. The brown is the perfect color, not too light & not too dark. It goes on easily & does not flake. Finally a product that does everything it says it will do. This is the liner I have been hoping to find. It comes with a convenient & effectoive brush. I Love this product.

i recently ordered my second one. i bought the one in black. its the blackest black you'll ever find. i remember shiseido was the first......if not, then it was one of the first that came out with a gel liner. everyone was curious how i made my eyes so defined. my first one lasted me......TWO YEARS. yes......two years on 26dollars. i wore it 360 out of 365 days. great stuff.

I was so excited to try this cream liner especially because it got such rave reviews. However, I've been using this liner for a few weeks now and I noticed that it smudges on the bottom of my eyes! At first I thought it was my mascara but nope! it really is the liner. Sadly. Maybe my lids are too oily? It glides on easily and the brush works well too. Besides that, I'll never buy this again. I'll trying the Shu Uemura one next time.

I love this eyeliner, I would use liquid liner and that would be too messy and I would run out of it really fast. Shiseido eyeliner is easy to apply and you can make the line dark on your eyes or make it soft, with liquid you couldn't do that! The only thing that I'm confused about is that most people complain that it is hard to take off, but i don't agree, the liner comes off easily for me for some reason I don't have to scrub my eyes off like most people have complained about. But this does stay on all day until i want it to come off, and this liner is going to last me a long time which is a BIG PLUS FOR ME!

I'm absolutely in love with this product I use it every single day! Very easy to apply, long lasting, it has the deepest black color I've ever seen. I hope it will come up with more colors and glittery ones. Especially apply it when you are going to stay over someone's place and don't remove it, your friends will be jealous when they see you in the morning and your bf will be surprised because you will look as pretty as you were at night, it stays that long! No, I don't recommend this to my friends because I don't want anyone to have dramatic eyes like mine ;)

I am so glad I finally tried this. It has a waxey feel in the pot so you have good control but goes on easy. I find the little brush that comes with it works very well. I have not needed remover with this it has just washed off for me.

I first sampled this on my wrist on a business trip and really liked it but when I finally purchased it, it wasn't really all that. I may have just gotten overly excited about it. I also have a Stila Gel liner and it works very similar, just not as drying so I don't tug as much. I'm very glad that I purchased because I've always wanted to try this but I just thought it would be easier to put on.

This product is amazing! I've used this everyday since I bought it (about 1 week) and it has yet to let me down. It stays on all day/night and looks fabulous. The texture resembles palette lip colour; it goes on creamy and dries quickly. When dry it doesn't smudge, stays put and looks great. It can be gently smudged when first applied only, but it's not really it's purpose. The brush included is so handy and not to mention cute, it has its own lid so it's easily portable. I will use this again and again! Highly recommended to those who want to create subtle or dramatic lines.
The only thing that could be better is to have a wider brush, but you can still achieve your look with the one provided.

Honestly, when I first used it I didn't like it. However I gave it another chance and I love it. When you first get it, make sure the brush is pliable for easier application. It may also help to have the brush a bit damp. It blends in very well, great for achieving the 'smoky eye' look. You need to keep in check with your eye during the day though; maybe do a few touch-ups or wipe away some bits.

I am a big fan of cream eyeliners because I think they are definitely easier to work with, and this is by far my favorite! Stila smudgepots and smashbox cream eyeliners can't even compare! I got it in the dark brown and it's perfect- it highlights and defines my eyes, without looking stark and too dark against my eyes which often happens with my fair skin. Bottom line: I love it!

I have at times considered getting my lower lids permanently lined, b'cuz I hadn't found a liner that worked for me, but this one is fantastic! It goes on exactly the way you want it, just be sure to use a well made eyeliner brush, the one that comes with it is good, but I have a more pro-like one that works better with it. Great product!

I like this eyeliner. It comes with its own applicator which is excellent for undereye applications. It is smooth and nice to apply. I bought the black and I will buy another one in brown. must warn you, it does not come off easliy with water. You have to remove it with eye make up remover to get them off.

Cream eyeliner is my favorite form of eyeliner and Shiseido's cream eyeliner is utterly amazing. It glides on so smoothly. It's easy to smudge and blend, but once it has set it is budge-proof. I love this eyeliner...I just wish it came in more color choices.

I used to use liquid eyeliner but wanted my eyes to look more natural, so I tried this and it works nicely. It just takes time and patience to wear it, just difficult to take off. Otherwise its a great product.
