SEPHORA COLLECTION Classic Large Synthetic Eyeshadow Brush #25

What it is:This brush applies a strong coloring of shadow evenly over the lid. What it does:The bristles are packed densely, so you get an intense wash of color, exactly where you want it. Since it's made with Taclon, a synthetic fiber, the brush can be used with powder and cream eye colors and is especially good for applying primer.

Fine Brush
-04.24.13
I was looking for an equivalent to the Good Karma brush by Urban Decay for my Lorac palette. This brush is close. It's a little thicker at the tip than the GK which I like to use for lining my eye with shadow but it does the job just fine. No gripes.

Great brush
-04.22.13
I was in need of a good, but simple eyeshadow brush. I chose this one and it hasn't let me down. Feels great, works great. I recommend it.

Great brush for lids
-04.14.13
When I first got this brush, I wasn't so sure about it. The bristles are very dense and quite stiff, it's almost like a paddle. I use it to pat eyeshadow onto my lids, and it does a great job of picking up product and depositing it onto my eyelid. I find I can get more saturated colors with this brush than I can with my others, and although I initially thought it would be too stiff, I find myself reaching for it all the time.

Versatile and durable
-04.14.13
This brush is the perfect size for what I wanted - something large enough to cover the whole lid, but small and thin enough for detailing. It's easy to clean and with a few wipes on the back of my hand, I can reach for a new color without any worries. It's also very durable - most of my other brushes tend to shed, but not this one! Great quality for a great price.

Spend the Extra Money
-04.01.13
I was torn between the real hair brush and the fake because of price - I wish I had spent the extra few dollars. There is a bit of drag with this brush.

Does not provide even coverage
-02.26.13
Quick Take: synthetic hair
Whenever I try and use this brush, the color does not easily go over my lid, and it does not come out evenly.

Hard as a rock
-02.26.13
I'm very much not a fan of this brush, and if I hadn't thrown away the receipt, I'd return it immediately. It definitely puts eye shadow on your lid exactly where you press the brushes against your skin - and the description is correct; it's a LOT of shadow so if you're wanting it dark, you'll get it dark!. But I don't feel like you get an easy *even* application of shadow like you do with a slightly fluffier brush. It takes me 2x as long to put on eye shadow with this brush because I end up using a different brush to blend even just a single color evenly across my lids once I get a layer on with this brush. Boo. I can't recommend this one.

Great price on a quality staple
-02.05.13
Quick Take: indespensable
<3ing this brush. Great size in both the handle and the bristles. And I like the rounded handle instead of the pointed one of some other brands.

Don't like it
-02.01.13
Quick Take: synthetic hair, pokey, to big
I don't like this brush, I bought it because it looks like the Urban Decay brush that comes with the Naked Palatte and it does NOT work like it. I'm returning this tomorrow. If you want a good eye shadow brush check out Sephora's #23 or #22 they are very similar. (I have 23 and LOVE it)

Great replacement
-11.22.12
I was actually looking for the sponge tip brushes Sephora used to make, only to find out they no longer have them. I have a gel eyeshadow that I'm using that does not go on well with your finger or a normal brush. The sponge tip worked pretty good as an applicator. This brush has shorter, very tight bristles. It's very soft and silky feeling. I figured it might be a good replacement, and I could always return it if I didn't like it. It actually applies better than the sponge tip applicator. With the gel eyeshadow, I do find that I need to rinse the brush every day or every other day, but other than that, no complaints.

Luv luv luv this brush

What else can I say? I Luv this brush! Not only do I use it for my eyeshadow, but also to blend eyeliner on my lower lashes. The dense bristles make it great for a nice wash of color under my lower lashes without pulling my skin.

Great for layering color
-08.25.12
Quick Take: awesome!
I bought this brush by accident and am very happy I did! The bristles are slightly tapered and thin so adding and layering color is super easy. It's also great for highlighting your upper eye or just on the lid. It's a very handy brush!!!

Love this brush!
-07.17.12
Quick Take: easy to use and very durable
This is the best eyeshadow brush I've tried. I like it so much, I just bought a second one (I hated to part with the first one, but I'd been using it for over a year). Even with daily use, this brush did not show any signs of deterioration and the bristles did not splay out sideways or become bent as other brands of brushes I've tried have. The Large Synthetic Eyeshadow Brush # 25 is very easy to manipulate and covers my entire eyelid in one or two swipes. I use it with either powder or cream shadow and it does a great job with each. This brush cleans and dries very well - T's "must-have" brush for me!

Perfect for cream and regular eye shadow
-03.10.12
Quick Take: soft bristles
This brush is small enough to get the entire lid covered with precision but fluffy enough to do it smoothly and not deposit too much shadow. I still use a blender brush to smooth out the harshness
