Quick Take: long wearing, matte, bright/bold
I am in love with this product! It lasts all day every time I wear it. The color is a very vibrant red-orange that looks great with my olive complexion and dark hair. I've been looking for an orange lipstick that was bold and chic for a while now and I definitely found it here!

Quick Take: great pigmentation, non-drying formula
THE ONLY long-wearing lipstick which 1.) lasts, 2.) doesn't dry out your lips and 3.) looks GREAT all day long. I bought 3 different "long-wearing" brand lipsticks on a recent Sephora outing. This is the only one which didn't get returned. I put it on at 8 and when I leave the office at 6 it still looks fresh. Sephora- CARRY MORE STILA IN YOUR STORES!!

Quality Lipsticks

I have been wearing these lipsticks for the past year. I have 5 different shades: Adorable (pale peach – cream finish), Flushed (light pink – sheen finish), Exhilarating (bright pink-fuchsia – matte finish), Intriguing (magenta – matte finish), and Lover (red – cream finish). Since I have this in a variety of colors it’s safe to say that I like these lipsticks. All 5 of the different shades I have apply smoothly and do not appear to be drying.
Some of these lipsticks are not very pigmented or long lasting while others are highly pigmented and extremely long lasting. I have noticed that the staying power and pigmentation of this product is mostly determined by the finish. The cream lipsticks are very long lasting, the matte lipsticks are quite long lasting, and the sheens do not last very long. For instance, the shade Flushed is a sheen; it is probably my most used color because it is a very wearable and natural looking pink that goes with anything. I have also used this one the most because it is not long lasting at all so I find myself reapplying it several times throughout the day. However the shade Lover is a cream that lasts for extended periods of time and is highly pigmented. I have put this shade on at 8:00am to go to work, and have come home at 8:00pm and it is still on perfectly after 12 hours of talking, eating, and drinking. Once at the end of the day one of my co-workers asked me if I was going somewhere after work since I had, “just put lipstick on”. Little did he know I had already been wearing it for the past 9 hours!
All of these lipsticks have a pleasant soft vanilla scent to them. Personally I love vanilla but I prefer my lip products to be scent free. However, these lipsticks do not bother me since once applied the scent goes away within minutes. The packaging of these lipsticks is very cute; they come in long sleek silver colored containers with a flower design on them. The color of the flowers reflects the color of the lipstick. The container reminds me of a sharpie; it is about the same length and thickness with a secure cap.
What makes these lipsticks different to others is that the applicator is thin. There are pros and cons about this. The pro is that I can get a very precise application with this narrow applicator. The con is that it takes longer to apply since one swipe over each lip is not enough to cover them, I have to carefully look in a mirror and fill in my lips. Personally I prefer a thicker applicator but it’s not a deal break for me. I like this product and would definitely buy it again. I’m disappointed to see that it looks like it is being discontinued so I will try to get my hands on a few more mattes and creams before they are all gone.

Quick Take: creamy, long wearing
Flushed is a beautiful color. It is pink with a slight peach tone. I love it when I want to go just a few shades above neutral. It is perfect for work during the day or going out at night. The texture is creamy and gorgeous. I really like the applicator too!
It is a little drying but I am willing to accept this because of all the other great things about this product.

I couldn't be any happier with this product. I bought this a few months ago and have been in love with it since. I am a HUGE lipstick lover and wear lipstick almost on a daily bases. One thing that is amazing about this product is how long it does stay on. Usually I'm really skeptical about products that say "long last" but this Stila lipstick does not disappoint. And the tube of the lipstick is too cute! I would totally recommend this to everyone

I don't even know why I bother trying out new long wear lip color, this is by far the best kind. The application is easy and smooth and I can wear this for hours without even bothering to check a mirror. Outrageous and Exhilarating are my go to lip colors. Love it!

Quick Take: creamy, moisturizing, doesn't last well
This lipstick...was a beautiful color. It went on like a lipstick and looked like a lipgloss, and didn't dry out my lips. However...It lasted maybe 20 minutes into the day. Not a good beauty choice for someone who has classes all day and no time to reapply constantly. Also: I used it every day for a month, once in the morning, and it was gone. In a month. You're not getting much bang for your buck with this.

This long wear lipstick is anything but what it says it is. It's not long wearing my glass of wine looked like a pink, glossy, sticky mess! I had to re-apply anytime I was able to! dont recommend.

Great lip color

This is great long lasting lip color. It goes on smooth and doesn't leave your lips sticky. It stays on for a long time and lasts through drinking beverages. You can also vary the shade by applying more or less as desired.

Beautiful colour, impractical use

I really loved the color of this lipstick. It is definitely long lasting. At the beginning I liked the fact that the applicator is long and thin, so you can apply the lipstick perfectly. The only problem is that on my second use, the lipstick basically broke off because it is so thin. If I found this product again in a normal lipstick form, I would definitely buy it again, but as it stands, I would probably go for another option.
