wonderful brush!
-05.01.12
Quick Take: natural hair, soft bristles
I really like this brush. It leaves a flawless finish on the skin when applied with liquid and cream foundation (i've only tried it with these types of foundations for the moment). However, the only complain I have about this brush is that it can shed easily. The first time i've used it, it already shed. But overall, it's a very soft and good brush (i've noticed that it's soft, but on your face don't blend your foundation too harsh with it, or it will irritate your skin and shed when the brush is too dry and has foundation on it).

+A Brush!

Quick Take: soft bristles
Bought this brush because it works well with Cover FX makeup. This brush really did the trick! Just make sure to wash it before use so no lil bristles will be left on your pretty face. ; )

Good brush
-11.14.11
Quick Take: soft bristles
I purchased this to use with the Cover FX cream foundation, and I like how it doesn't cake on my foundation. It is easy to build coverage with it. It is frustrating though because it does seem to shed hairs.

A "must have" for me . . .
-10.28.11
Quick Take: synthetic hair
Although I have many brushes, this is my absolute favorite for working with cream based cosmetics.. It lays the product down and thins it out smoothly, creating an air brushed effect.

you NEED this if you're using the cream foundation
-10.09.11
Quick Take: soft bristles, natural hair
the ONLY brush that works with the cover fx cream foundation. it's super soft, but it did shed a little during my first use...not sure how it will hold up with more usage or after washing. only use VERY LITTLE foundation at a time when putting on the foundation... you'll be surprised at how little you need! if you pack on too much product on the brush at once, it's just not ever going to blend or look natural.

Just a suggestion to anybody claiming this brush (or any) sheds too much, try washing the brush before you use it for the first time (as you should anyways). It might help remove most of the loose fibers before they end up plastered to your face.

Must Have!
-09.06.11
Quick Take: natural hair
I love love love this brush. In fact, I have two. One for liquid foundation and one for my blush. For the blush, its PERFECT at just getting the apples, plus it buffs it in so it looks nice and natural. With the foundation its so much nicer than my previous MAC 190 brush. That one just left streaks and id end up just using my fingers to put on my foundation in the end. I havent had issues with shedding either.
The brush isnt too soft and isnt scratchy either. Its just right!
Basically this brush is a must have, and has multiple uses, Blush, foundation, powder. I didnt know what I was missing until I bought it!

Soft, does not shed
-08.25.11
Quick Take: soft bristles, natural hair
I bought this brush at a local sephora store and washed before use. I haven't experienced any shedding so far and I have been using it with both liquid and powder foundation. It goes on so soft on your skin, does not scratch, does not shed, does not leave any streak marks. I love it way more than those typical flat foundation brushes such as MAC 190! :)

Amazing results!
-05.29.11
There was a Cover FX rep, Taneil, at my Sephora store and she was awesome!! She showed me how to use this brush to apply the FX foundation with a little dab of FX primer on it too. It gives my skin the most beautiful glow and completely evens out the tone of my skin. And it makes puttingi on foundation easy and fun!

Did not like...
-05.15.11
Quick Take: synthetic hair
I was excited to use all my new purchases from Color FX, the brush was horrible. Every time I used it left brush hairs on my face. I had to return it.

So frustrating!
-03.29.11
This brush blends the Cover Fx Cream Foundation really well. However, it sheds SO badly that you have to pick all the little hairs off of your face, which messes up the foundation. This makes its blending performance useless. Very frustrating...

This is probably one of the worst brushes I have ever bought. The brushes totally shed all over my face and the foundation in the compact. I was very disappointed the Sephora worker strongly suggested on this brush.

Works well with CoverFX Cream Foundation
-02.14.11
Quick Take: soft bristles
I use this with my CoverFX Cream Foundation and I find that this brush blends the foundation a lot better than a regular foundation brush or a stippling brush. It provides a natural looking finish. The bristles are very soft, so you can buff the product in without irritating the skin. I haven't experienced any shedding.

I bought this brush to use with the coverfx cream foundation and didn't really care for the way it applied the foundation on my skin. So I use it to contour my face, it's the perfect size.
