This soap has a nice scent but it's not Patchouli. There is not even a trace of Patchouli in this. It's a great soap but don't let the name fool you.

The soap lathers well in the shower, but it doesn't smell like patchouli. Nothing mind blowing, and my skin doesn't feel particularly special afterwards. Sadly, not worth the splurge.

Quick Take: rich lather, scented
I purchased this soap for the first time because the patchouli scent caught my eye. The scent isn't as strong as I had hoped but it leaves your skin feeling so clean. I can't imagine using any other soap or shower gel. As far as I'm concerned, there is nothing that compares to it. It has also replaced any shaving gels that I have used in the past (seem to get a closer shave). It's worth every penny!

I love patchouli and speciality soaps. Amazing soap! Does not leave my skin dry. Other reviewers remarked about the size of the bar which helped influence my decision to buy it. They were so right! I love this soap and will definately buy again. I will probably try out the other scents.

After becoming intoxicated by sniffing numerous perfumey soaps I have found the ultimate best. This is so pleasant, not overwhelming, very sudsy and lasts forever. By forever, I mean it lasted me 1.5 yrs because I always used a net sponge and just wiped the bar over it 2-3 times and had enough suds that covered my entire body. To the end of a sliver of the bar I still had the same pleasant scent and plenty of suds. A very inexpensive purchase since it lasted 1.5 years.

I am obsessed with this soap. Obsessed and addicted. I happen to love the scent of patchouli (a throwback to the hippie/peace-loving days), but this scent doesn't have the sharp, woody edge that some patchouli has. It is the perfect blend of patchouli and fresh cleanliness.
I get many compliments on the scent. I use it on a regular basis.
It may seem pricy but as someone has previously mentioned, it lasts a long, long time - and I am constantly washing my hands.
Simply Fresh and Perfect!

Have just tried Fresh's Patchouli Soap & know that this will be my newest shower addIction! The scent is fresh & my skin is clean & pampered. The bar is BIG & my whole bathroom (& me, too) smells wonderful after I use it. What a nice surprise & one that will have a permanent spot on my most wanted list!

I bought this soap as a birthday gift to myself because I love the scent of patchouli. The bar is oversized so it's a little hard to use at first because it barely fit in my hand but I loved the scent right away. I could still smell it on my skin hours later which was a nice bonus. This is a great lathering soap that smells wonderful. I'll definitely buy more.

Next to Caswell-Massey, Fresh has the best bars of soap on the market.
As Patchouli is my favorite singular scent, this is one of the only products on the market with patchouli as a singular accord, and I snatched this up.
The scent is wonderful, long-lasting, and perfect for late-Fall/Winter for use.

Love the well done scent of Patchouli...and Fresh's Patchouli Soap is no exception. There is nothing "hippy" or too 60's about this version of patchouli...it's rich, and warm and lather's up like a soft body butter.
It leaves my skin, super soft with a hint of scent. I will buy this soap over and over again, everyone can use it, women and men. This would also make a great gift for anyone who enjoys a woodsy, earthy scent.

I love this soap so much. I have never cared for bar soaps but this is wonderful. It lathers nicely, it lasts forever, and it smells amazing. It's a very light scent that lingers on the skin. It's a million times better than those highly fragranced shower gels.
