Took me a while to perfect how to use this product. I use it under my foundation and concealer.
The correcting shades (green and purple) might look awkward on white light but looks amazing when photographed.

Returned mine...- 12.31.08
Shu Uemura usually makes great makeup, but this one was disappointing. I tried the green to counteract redness and I found it hard to blend and maybe it was my imagination, but it seemed to leave a green looking cast to my skin...and who wants to look green? Needless to say, I just couldn't get it to work so I returned mine.

Quick Take: ok, could be more subtle
I have a very ruddy complexion and this gives a very green cast through my makeup, even though I wear a heavy foundation.

I used this base and the MUF HD base both in green. MUF one turns yellow on my skin, while this one truly brighten the face. It makes my skin looks good and even. highly recommend.

Brings out luminous glow- 09.28.08
Quick Take: must have for night or special occasions
I have this in "gold" since I'm Asian with a yellow, olived based skin tone. Just one tiny pump (it's potent), with one small pump of my moisturizer mixed up with my foundation brush. I apply this & let it dry first, before applying any dry blush (less strokes of blush needed) on top & I have this wonderful natural glow/slight shimmer that I love to use in the evening or special occasions. It's a staple in my makeup collection that I will continue to repurchase.
