Gentle, soothing, effective.

I'm almost through with my first bottle and just ordered another. I WISH it were a bigger bottle at a better price, but you get what you pay for. This is my daily preventative measure against acne. It's light, soothing, hydrating... I go to other more intensive treatments for flare-ups and feel fine using this along side any/all of them. Only 4 out of 5 because it won't fix your big, bad blemish over night and because of the price.

Since I have started using the Boscia Clear Complexion line, I have not had a breakout. Its an amazing line. This serum is lightweight. I put it on after cleansing and before moisturizing.

I'm 41 and my face started breaking out about six weeks ago. I started using this product and within a week the acne was gone. It's kind of a gel, kind of a serum. It feels really light and has not dried my skin out at all. I will recommend this to anyone suffering from acne.

I have a ton of post acne marks on my cheeks and tzone and this has really helped brighten my entire complexion! I break out less often too. This gel really moisturizes my skin (it feels a little sticky before it sets), doesnt smell chemically and helps prime my face for my moisturizer and foundation. A must have. I will continue to repurchase!!

I've been using Boscia products for about 3 years now & I just purchased this to try it. I like it, but I feel that for breakouts the willow bark is the best. I can't tell so far if this will prevent breakouts from occurring, it will be nice if it does!! It is a nice product though, doesn't leave my skin oily or greasy & it hasn't dried my skin out either.

It does its job, but it is not worth the price because there are other natural brands like Burt's Bees, Alba Botanica, Juara, etc. that are cheaper and just as effective.

Quick Take: non-stinging no strong offensive odors light wei
I have oily-combination, acne prone skin. Doesn't really quickly clear up existing acne, but prevents breakouts really well. The fact that its made with natural ingredients makes me feel all the better about it. I've tried so many things, and this works the best for me. I use it at night, before bed, and every morning under my makeup.

I'm 54 and still struggle with cystic type acne. While on vacation I visited a Sephora store to buy some Blinc mascara (awesome stuff!) and was given a sample of the black cleanser.
To my great surprise, my acne started to go away! I can have those cystic zits for a LONG time, and they were getting smaller! I was SO surprised!
I came home and continued to use it and my skin continued to improve. I went on another trip but failed to take thie black cleanser with me and my acne began to worsen!
I found another Sephora store and went in and asked for another sample as I only had a carry on bag for travel and the bottle was too large for the quart zip loc bag. The store clerk graciously gave me another sample. (Bless her).
I came home, now a firm believer in the black cleanser product for acne and over all clearing of skin and tried to buy it online but it is out of stock.
I started reading other reviews and ended up buying the Boscia Clear Complexion Cleanser and the Clear Complexion Treatment with Botanical Blast and both have been very helpful in making my skin look good and keeping my cystic acne gone (well I have one small one left :-)
I only use this treatment product on the parts of my skin that tend to get acne. I use it day and night after cleansing.
Love these Boscia products!!!! LOVE!

I will keep buying and using this product. It is not a miracle product, but after using if for almost three months I have noticed that my hormonal acne has significantly lessened and pores seem less noticeable. I appreciate that it is weightless and does not leave any film on the face. Makeup goes on smoothly over it as well.

This stuff smells great and makes my skin soft. That's about all it has going for it. It did absolutely nothing to clear my complexion. If I was looking for something to make my face smell nice and feel soft, this would have five stars, but I was looking for a clear complexion. Ah well.

I got this in a sample sized bottle and so far it has not given me any break outs yet. It cleared my skin for a week now (I breakout often). I will keep using it till i finish the bottle. If still no signs of pimples I will purchase the full bottle.
Directions: I use the Boscia Purifying Cleansing Gel as a face wash (day and night) and apply the Clear Complexion Treatment with Botanical Blast at night.

I really thought that the pesky time-of-the-month breakout I always get was just a part of my life. I was so wrong!!!!!!!! I got this as a sample and it kept my skin from having any major breakouts. Even during that time of the month! I really can't believe it!!

This product is amazing! I don't have acne, but an occasional blemish will occur and also some redness. This product has made my skin blemish free and very even toned. Also, I've noticed less oil in my T-zone. I use it at night under my normal moisturizer after I wash my face. It is very gentle to my skin. I highly reccommend this product.

For me anyway. It's weird because I bought the sample acne set, and it worked for a few weeks, then when I finished the products I bought the full size (7 weeks later), and suddenly broke out like crazy!!!!! Which shouldn't have happened because the purging phase usually happens within the first 4-5 weeks. Maybe I'm allergic. At least Sephoras return policy is amazing. Swapped it out for the Murad set, see if that works.
