L'Occitane Immortelle Very Precious Eye Serum

This product was highly recommended but I was rather disappointed at the minimal results from it. It is light and watery, no noticiable difference in eye area when applied.

So far I am liking this product. The dispenser is useful, and it is easy to control the amount of product you use. The eye serum does not irritate my sensitive eyes, and I am starting to see an improvement in dark circles being alleviated.

Quick Take: hydrating, just right
I used this at night and the L'Immortelle Eye Balm by day. I've used night-time eye creams that make you wake up puffy. Not this one!! It is so soothing and moisturizing, but does not cause any of the puffiness that other creams can cause. I recently switched back to this eye cream after trying another eye-cream regimen, and I will be sticking with this one. I love it!

Quick Take: lightweight
I was expecting something that is very rich and moisturizing especially for a night serum. I even went into the store ready to return it and the salesperson told me its supposed to "lock in moisture" meaning after I applied this, I had to apply my regular eye cream on top. I bought this EXPENSIVE product expecting to use just this ONE product at night...I don't need extra steps to both my night and morning routine just to make this serum work. So I finally returned it.

I have to give this an average rating as using this alone does not do much for me. I will wake up in the morning with a dry eye area. If I use it with an eye cream on top of it, it seems to work nicely but I have used other eye creams alone that did just as well on their own without having to spend the money on a serum.

Quick Take: lightweight, hydrating, rich
This is the best eye moisturizer I have ever purchased. I could see a difference in 3 days with increased moisture in my skin and lessening of my "wrinkles" (gasp)! I would recommend this to everyone! I have oily skin and it didn't break me out or make my skin worse! Definitely a plus!

I have been using this sample for just 2 nights and I can already see a huge difference in the fine lines under and around my eyes. Amazing! This is expensive for my taste, but if I continue to see improvement over the next few days, I will have to make the investment. :)

I read all the good reviews on this product, hence my buying it. when I put it on my eyes, I felt them tightening up to the degree that I thought they were going to pop out of my head. I didn't find it particularly moisturising as I thought a serum should be, so I am going to return it

I use this along with the Very Precious Night Cream and my skin is so silky and moisturized. This is a luxurious eye serum. It is very rich, but lightweight--it absorbs immediately. In addition to it's wrinkle fighting properties, it also treats puffiness and dark cirlces!

As the name suggests it is a serum and not a cream, hence it is very light weight. It absorbs very fast. I am a few weeks into using it and I haven't seen any visible effect on my eye area yet. Patience needed... I recently turned 30 and have started seeing fine lines around the lower lid.

I am 18 years old and I have the eye concerns of someone much older. I already have wrinkles underneath my eyes caused by rubbing them as a result of severe allergies and school work that keeps me up too often. My concealer would sink horrible into these lines. My eyes always felt dry and sometimes even appeared to be flaking. I tried so many eye creams - Clinique, Philosophy, other Loccitane products, and did not see real improvement from any of them. Using this product every night and morning my skin feels silky and even though the wrinkles are not gone they are reduced and my concealer no longer sinks into them. My skin feels hydrated and looks less puffy. I do not have dark circles but I do have very pale skin and sometimes under my eyes looks blue because of the veins underneath and it even seems as though that has diminished as a result of using this product. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend this product.

First of all, I LOVE L'Occitane products and use many religiously. While this is a very nice serum, if you're looking for a serum to reverse or conceal lines and wrinkles, this in not it. Having said that, if you're a 30-45 and are looking to prevent danage, this is a highly recommended product for you. This container lasts for an extemely long time, I have very sensitive eyes and wear contacts-no problem at all. The Immortelle line is wonderful for preventative skin care.
