Quick Take: useful
I love this pencil sharpener. I've tried everything before and they never fit or broke the tip of the pencil right away! It also comes with 2 sizes which is perfect for thin and thick pencils.

Pleasantly surprised!

This is a great sharpener. I just got it and tried a jumbo lip pencil first and it very quickly and neatly sharpened it to a nice point without bungling it up, even with a soft lip product. I was thinking that the only thing that could make this sharpener better is if it had one of those little sticks to pry the gunk out but then I found it on the inside! So it does have one of those. It also has coverings that snap closed over all of the holes so it doesn't spill anything in your bag. Impressive details for such a cheap sharpener. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because I've only used it the one time so far, but it worked great and it's very well made for only $3. Definitely worth it.

Quick Take: sephora dual pencil sharpener
This sharpener hacked up two new pencils that had to be replaced by Sephora. It doesn't even fit one of their own pencils. I would expect this kind of tool to be exact... and well, sharp!

This was an inexpensive sharpener however it sharpens the pencil and not the actual makeup. Cheaper sharpeners tend to break the point on the pencils or make them fragile because they create so many grooves on the pencil that when you're applying it to your lips, the point just falls off. This one however gives me a crisp point and makes application easier and precise.

I purchased two of these, one for home and one for work. I have several kinds of dual pencil sharpeners and was not happy with this one. I would rather spend a little more money on another version.

I bought this because it was cheap, but it's an awesome sharpener. The holes have plastic flaps that cover them so nothing can get stuck in there-- hence, throw it in your purse and go! and it's $5.

I have gone thought at least a dozen of these that failed on one point or another but this Sephora dual sharpener delivers on all its promises. Sharpens thin and fat pencils and never leaks shavings. Perfect for on the go!!!
