Wonderfully Moisturizing - 09.01.09

After tossing the Clinique All About Eyes in the trash because it made my eyes water, I decided to splurge and try this Dior eye cream. I've been using it in the morning and evening for about six months, and here's my honest assessment:
- I don't believe the claim that it eliminates wrinkles after three months since I still have mine. I'm not really sure if any cream can eliminate wrinkles.
- HOWEVER if you have very, very dry eye skin like I do, this Dior cream does the trick and keeps your eyes moisturized all day. That's why I gave it 5 stars.
- Does not smell, is not sticky, and absorbs easily.
- Does not make my eyes water UNLESS I put too much (which is true of any eye cream).
- Can apply concealer over it with no problem.
- Does nothing for undereye circles if they're genetic like mine are.
- Provides more moisturization than any other eye cream I've used - and I've used a lot of 'em.
If hydration is your main concern, go for this Dior cream. If preventing/eliminating wrinkles is your objective (I don't think there's anything I can do about mine), perhaps think about investing in something else.
This has just been my experience. It's a great product overall.

Excelent product/poor packaging - 08.12.09

This product is excellent, I love it one hundred percent. It is hydrating, rich but not heavy and it is clearly worth the money. I have tried many creams for my very dry skin around my eyes and I have to say that this product is one of my favorites. Although the product is a must, the packaging is not the best. The jar opening is small and to get the product from the bottom you need to use the spatula that is included, which means that that you need to storage it somewhere for when you need it and keep it clean.

best eye creme I've used - 08.08.09

Quick Take: hydrating, great for reducing fine lines

This is the best eye creme I've ever used. I bought it after doing much research and reading reviews both on the Sephora site, and on other online sources. I have very thin skin under my eyes that tends to get very dry. I noticed right away that it keeps my eye area moisterized all day. I was amazed to see after a few weeks that the fine lines around my eyes really were disappearing!! After trying so many eye cremes that don't work, I am so happy to have found this one! I fully intend to try the Capture R 60/80 serum and the face creme! I can't wait! Dior is my new favorite!

Quick Take: lightweight

If you are 30-40, I would highly recommend it. After each application, I feel slight burnihg sensation, which mean it's working! Hummm, as for me, I might need slightly more intensive aging stopper. But this is a well-balanced product for all ages. I don't find anything negative about it.

I must admit, this eye creme is lightweight and rich. It really helps to hydrate my eyes, but it did nothing for my wrinkles and dark circles. My girlfriend bought it for me after we read tons of reviews about it and thought it would help me out. In order to gauge whether or not it was worth the money, we took a before picture of my eyes. We couldn't tell the difference. It might work well for others, but it didn't do anything but keep my eyes hydrated. I will not be picking this up again.

I've been using this product for a few years now and have been very satisfied. It is pricey but I think it's worth it. People have asked me if I saw a difference when I started using it. I always say no, but I stopped using it for a while and after a few months I noticed the fine lines around my eyes becoming more noticeable. I'm 31 and I feel like this cream is a big part of why I don't have wrinkles around my eyes at all. I do wish it did more for dark circles.

Although it's a bit on the expensive side, it works. I love the smell of the product and could feel it working as soon as I put it on. I will definitely buy this again when it runs out.

Very rich and hydrating which is what I think most eyes need especially in california where the heat can get to you, but the antiaging effects are not greatly noticeable. It lasts forever though, and it is actually a good value, a little goes a long way. i think if I were to keep using it another couple months I would see a difference. I use this stuff only at night, it is too rich for the day

I have been using this product for over a year now and I love it. What I have come to discover with any of these products for fine lines is that they are not going to go away permanently...so barring that .....with this porduct they are immediatly softened and appear to almost disappear after application. It is all about moisture and this is a wonderful product for that and looks great under make-up as well. I have to admitt I am a little addicted to its immediate if only temporary results :)

Can't live without it!!! - 10.10.08

I love this cream!!! It is light weight & absorbs quickly and has magically erased the fine lines around my eyes. I am on my 3rd jar I love it so much. (Which is really saying a lot as I'm a major product junkie.) My only real complaint is the packaging......It would be better if it came in a pump container instead of a jar.
