I have combination skin & needed something to control the oil in my t-zone. This does make my make-up last longer than not using primer, but as far as "mattifying"-- didn't happen. A little does go a long way, but still not worth the price.

I have tried every brand out there and Clinique's T-Zone Mattifier was always the one I went back to......until now. I have been using Blu Ray for about 3 weeks and it prevents shine much better than Clinique. I have very oily skin and it lasts all day. Love it!

not great for oily skin. this stuff slicked off my powder makeup within hours. put one alone, it does mattify, but I found it hard to work with anything else , moisturizers, concealer, powder foundation all proved to be problematic. sorry sephora, but its coming back.

This really works

I have super oily skin and i put this product to the ultimate test. On my day off I put this product on half of my face and went about my day. After 12 hours one side of my face was a greasy mess and the other had a smidge of a shine that blotting with a paper towel immediately took care of. I highly recommend this product!

Works really good on oily skin!! It was too much of a mattifier for my combination skin, but would work really good during the summer when my skin is super oily. Fills in pores, minimizes lines and gives a powdery look. If used with CARGO liquid foundation, no more is necessary for a picture perfect look

I like this product very much. I use it after moisturizer and before makeup so that my makeup stays set. It is very smooth and not oily. If I forget it and put on my foundation first, I can put it on after and it seems not to be a problem. I think it gives a smooth surface to the face for makeup application.

I had been using PhotoFinish as a primer, but this does an amazing job as a primer/mattifier. I bought this for my wedding day, and my make-up looked amazing and lasted *all day* even in light rain!

Longest lasting primer so far for my normally very oily skin! It lasts about 8 to 9 hours before my face starts to shine a little and then just a few presses with blotting paper help it thru another 3 hours! I'll buy it again!

This product is a must have. It will make your foundation last twice as long because it allows you to use a small amount and it glides over your face like a dream. It also provides an excellent base to simply use powder over it. Controls shine and helps your makeup to last all day.

for reals this mattifier is worth the price and if it was more expensive it would still be worth the price! Overall, this product is just awesome i even wrote a review kind of thing about it on another site! buy it you will love it if you like your skin at all! I would not recommend using it over powder makeup. LOL but using it under any makeup gives awesome effects(really nice texture)

This product was ok, the bad thing about this product is there is no direction on how to apply, if you apply before you apply your makeup it's pointless, if you apply after you apply your makeup then it smears.
