Quick Take: lightening
I've used the DDF pods for several years. I have hyper pigmentation and my freckles have run away to larger spots. I am dedicated to this product, it faded my sun spots and acne scars on my face. I even use the pods on age spots on my hands and a scar on my knee. I have never seen 100% disappearance of sun spots, but sunscreen is a must for me everyday to keep them as light as possible. My only complaint is that the pods hold only a small amount of product and I use 2 pods a day, which can be expensive.

It is expensive and I won't be able to to continue to use it due to it's cost but I couldn't believe how well it worked. I used it twice a day for four weeks and it lightened my dark spots by at least 50%!

Quick Take: gentle formula, good as a spot treatment
It takes the entire box of pods, but the formula does work. I am very prone to acne scars so I was eager to try this out. After about 3 weeks, I noticed that my dark spots and scars were lighter, which made camouflaging them in make-up easier. In order for the discoloration to continue lightening though, you would need to continue using it and it can get expensive. If you can afford it, this is a great product. If you can't, you may need to consider other options or wait until this goes on sale.

Product worked well for me. Those of you not getting good results from lightening and brightening products MUST know that if you do not use a Sunscreen at ALL TIMES you will not see results and will waste your money. You must eliminate the sorce of the dark spots!

This did not work for me at all, it was a huge disappointment. Also, the little pods don't feel so good against your skin. I've used it every single day and haven't noticed a difference - and my skin doesn't even feel smoother in the morning or anything.

Didn't work on an important day

I purchased thisproduct about two months before my wedding to lighten a couple of light to medium sun spots on my cheeks. Unfortunately, after faithful use, it didn't work at all, and the sponge tips were rather rough. Fortunately, my spots were light enough for my make-up artist to cover on the big day. However, if it can't lighten minor sun spots on a 27 year old, what is it supposed to do on older, or more spotted, skin?

This item did not work for me at all which was very disapointing considering its high price tag. I used it every day as instructed and noticed no difference after the box was gone. If I had even noticed a slight change I would have purchased another box but nothing changed. I wouldn't recommend this product. The sales lady really pushed this on me so I won't be listening to her again either!

I don't feel that this worked to lighten sun spots, but it definitely helped with overall dullness. In fact, I never thought the skin on my chin looked dull until after I started using this product and noticed how much brighter it looked. I didn't buy it again due to the price, but I saved a few pods to use right before I was in a friend's wedding and I'm glad I did.

Quick Take: natural, so sloooow to begin to see any difference
The product seemed to slightly help, but I had to open each pouch to apply with my fingers because the edges of the pouches would scrape my face. It was a drag- so the gimmick of the sponges was useless.

Quick Take: natural, gentle formula, good as a spot treatment
Nothing beats a trip to your dermatologist for Intense Laser therapy for sun damage, especially the neck area. I would use this as an in-between booster, but really cannot say it works. I have to admit, I did not use it consistently, I hate to leave a negative message but I would not buy this again.

I have had trouble with the "pregnancy mask" for years now and have tried so many products, but in the last few years my spots have gotten quite large and dark and they are quite noticable since I have fair skin. I have had people tell me I had "dirt" on my face. Not exactly what a woman wants to hear. Out of desperation I decided to try this product, though it was a bit expensive. I just cannot believe the change in my spots in less than 2 weeks!! I am also using it in conjunction with the DDF Intensive Holistic Lightener. I am assuming the pair is working miracles on my face!! I cannot wait for the next 2 weeks to see what more it is going to do! I am also wearing a high spf. facial sun blocker as the sales gal said it's so important to protect the face from more damage....trust me...I will obey!
