Perfect Moisturizer

Quick Take: lightweight, effective
In searching for the perfect moisturizer, I often find myself spending $30 and up on lotions that turn out to be just okay. I love that I only had to spend $12 to find out that I really like this lotion! I recently began a skincare regimen that was drying out my skin a lot, but my t-zone was still oily. This is also pretty big for a travel size and it fits perfectly in my makeup bag, even though I never need to add more throughout the day.

I was interested in the Clinique moisturizing lotion and I am glad that I found the lotion in the "to go" size. I love the way it makes my face feel at night when I put it on and in the morning before my makeup. I will defiantly be purchasing the bigger size.

very nice. got rid of the flakes of skin on my face. I have INSANELY dry skin. even my T-zone is dry. but this is a very nice moisturizer. probably the best I've used so far. Will be back to purchase the biggest size.

A Little Goes A Long Way

Quick Take: tried and tested, basic moisturizer
It simply moisturizes your face...nothing else. This is a good thing when you don't want all the other acids, spf's, peptides, etc. that irritate your skin sometimes. Use sparingly. When you first put it on, it feels a little gloppy but it surprisingly sinks into the skin with no residue within a minute.

Quick Take: inexpensive, great under makeup, great for day wear
I use Murad acne products and retin- a from my doc. While I love murad's moisturizer, i've found that when adding retin a to the mix, Clinique absorbs better and doesnt leave me shiny. So i use Murad skin perfecting lotion @night and clinique during the day!!!! I have sensitive oily acne prone skin.

Quick Take: greasy, fragrance-free
I bought this product because I needed a moisturizer to tide me over on a trip. It is fragrance free, which is nice for sensitive skin, but it left my skin feeling greasy. Also, it did nothing to soothe my dry crackly skin caused by cold winter air. I won't be using it anymore, except for as a hand moisturizer.

This product is definately not for those with oily skin prone to breakouts. I was told by a clinique person it actually has oil in it! I use the dramatically different moisturizing GEL which is made for oily skin.

I bought this for the first time. I've liked other clinique products in the past and i thought switching my facial moisturizer over as well. I really like it. When you first touch it on your fingers, it's soft and water-y. It adequately makes your face feel moisturized, but right after application, when you touch your face, it's feels like it leaves a gel like film. This feeling goes away, for me, in a few minutes. My skin is dry, especially during this cold and dry time of year. It's done a good job, and i haven't broken out since using it. Hope this helps. =D

IVE USED THE 'MOISTURE SURGE' MOISTURIZER AND LOVED IT. I HAD JUST RUN OUT AND THOUGHT ID TRY THIS TO SEE IF IT LIVED UPTO THE OTHER I USED. IT WAS A GOOD THING THEY MADE THIS IN A 'TO GO' SIZE!! THIS TOTALLY DRIED OUT MY SKIN. THIS MAY WORK FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS OILY SKIN. I'M ASSUMING SINCE I HAVE NORMAL-DRY SKIN IT JUST REALLY DRIED IT OUT!!!
