Awesome coverage- 11.23.09

I've suffer from acne for many years and the result of that is oily skin and dark marks splattered allover my face. From all the products I’ve try the sephora mineral foundation powder is the best. Not only does it last through out the day but it gives great coverage without the cakey look or feel. Its good buy is you’re looking for a natural look and oil control.

OMG! This is a very good makeup! I am very acne prone and have to use oil free everything and live with not much coverage. This goes on great and gives me great coverage!

Easy to use- 11.23.09
I usually always love my Sephora Brand purchases. I use Bare Minerals, and wanted to try something a little different but with the same concept. So I tried this comact. It is so much easier to use than bare minerals, since you don't have to pour out the powder (which always seems to spill). The only thing about this foundation is, the coverage isn't super strong. Sometimes I have to put on extra inorder to cover my blemishes. But overall I think it's a great product.

not as good as Bare Essentials- 11.21.09
I bought this because I love Bare Essentials but hate the mess it leaves all over my bathroom. This product seemed to be easier to manage and neater. I was right in that prediction. Less mess but it is a trade off...the color is not as good and the coverage doesn't look as natural. May try the Clinque minerals the next time.

i have tried all the different kinds of mineral foundation and this by far is the greatest! it takes away redness, lasts forever, its very natural in color, and it evens out your skin tone. it literally looks like you have nothing on! i mix maurads mattifying lotion on top of the foundation for a more luminious look and in 2 minutes im done! im serious ladies, if you like light make that covers flawlessly buy this product! ill never buy another brand ever again! only problem is they cant keep them on the shelves!! im having to order online! it beats pur, bare minerals, clinic, it beats them alllll

This is a great change from the liquid foundation I was using before. I needed something that would help combat my oily skin and even out my skin tone, while also offering sun protection. This fit the bill. Only a little is needed. I get a nice matte, even look, and my natural freckles still show through in a good way.

Disappointing...- 11.16.09
I returned this product. I thought that it was too think and felt like it was caking on my face. I said that I didnt like foundation but wanted a light powder. This is what she recommended - not a good choice.

Here is the best coverage in a powder foundation ever! I like to apply it with a synthetic-hair kabuki brush, which gives an even and flawless look. I found that the enclosed sponge provides more of an opaque look and is best for touch ups. It's definitely not a shiny finish, and it's slightly more luminescent than a true matte, but the overall look is healthy and radiant! It does not settle into pores nor make pores look larger (if anything, they look smaller). You will not feel it sitting on top of your skin: it's weightless! With a primer underneath, this foundation lasts all day, although it's lasting power is quite long even without primer. To minimize redness in my skin, I purchased a Doree shade, and it really does the trick!

The sephora brand Mineral double compact foundation is a great product and works basically like anyother foundation out there. It covers most belmishes. The only problem with the product is that it is diffucult to apply you either end up putting on too much or too little, and end up looking over done or hardly covering anything.

This is perfect for me to wear everyday! Liquid foundations always break me out, but this doesn't. Plus, it provides all the coverage I need (and that's a lot)!. Stays put all day. The included sponge is not bad but I do apply it with a Bare Minerals mini kabuki brush, then a concealer brush for blemishes.

Quick Take: natural finish
I tried this in the store (too bad they were out of my shade) - and was very happy - this stayed on all day. Looked like I was wearing foundation - face had a nice luminuous look (not shiny like B.E.)
