I had high hopes for this product. although the weight and texture of this product was nice, it did nothing for my eye circles... unfortunately because it is a great price point and had a lovely scent to it!

I would say this is one of the better eye creams I've tried. It helps with dark circles....doesn't get rid of them by any stretch, but helps!

I have hereditary dark circles, and have never found anything to help...until now! I only got this cream last week, and after using it morning, and night, as directed(with the pressure point/massaging application process)for 6 days, I am already seeing results! I am truly amazed. I only wish it were a bit less expensive..but you get what you pay for, and I will definitely be buying this again!

Do Not Bother!

I visited a Sephora store to find an eye cream specifically for my dark circles. The store associate was very helpful and told me this was the best stuff, hands down and won't put a dent in my wallet. It's been four weeks and not only have I not seen an improvement, but my under eye circles look worse!! Do not spend a dime on this product, not worth it!!

If I can, I would give this product negative stars. I bought this over half a year ago, and I've been applying it day and night, it didn't do ANYTHING for my dark circles. I have pretty bad circles so when I bought this I was really happy....but it was all disappointment. Seriously, this product is not worth your money.

Didn't do a thing...

I really was being optimistic with this product. I used it faithfully morning and night for weeks. I saw absolutely NO results whatsoever. It didn't do anything bad, but it definitely didn't do anything at all. Some reviewers are saying perhaps the good results are from the massaging motion of putting it on - if that were true, anything would work. But even that doesn't do anything for my puffy dark circles. I took this product back and have pretty much decided if you have dark circles like mine, nothing works. Oh well, I am content to know this is who I am and will live with it for now. Good luck to others - I hope this or another product can work for you :)

Feel like it's working now

A week or two ago I wrote a review about this product and gave 3stars as for I was not seeing any noticeable difference on my eyes but now that I have been using for about 3-4weeks, I feel like my dark circles are gradually fading away! I didn't notice until this morning when I looked at my eyes BAM! I was really surprised! Hope it'll fade away more! :) oh and it smells pretty good

I have dark under-eye circles & hoped I finally found a product to lighten them, but after almost three months of use, it has done little. It is very hydrating & I suspect it might be good for lines and wrinkles, but I'm still left looking like I've been punched in both eyes.

I didn't see any results from this product. I really want something to work but I think I'm doomed to under eye circles forever. I did use this faithfully morning and night, too. In 3 weeks I saw absolutely no change whatsoever :(

The best eye cream ever had been the Shiseido white lucent brightening eye cream. When that was discontinued I tried this dark circle cream. This is nothing like the other cream. It flakes! and had to be returned.

I've been using this for about two weeks and have not seen much change on my under eyes yet! But I hope that it will work for me! I hope my dark circles will eventually or gradually go away. The smell is pretty good, I like it! It smells like the other whitening products from shiseido. There's a small spatula that comes together for you to remove the product from the pot to ensure product purity! I love shiseido's products! I'm going to buy more if it works for me, but for now it's 3 stars since I don't know whether it will work/is working yet

Very moisturizing

I have very bad dark circles under my eye s. Some of it is due to heredity while some of it is due to lack of sleep. I have been using this cream for about 3 weeks now and did notice an improvement. I know it will not totally get rid of the circles but it did help diminish them. This cream is also very moisturizing and which is a plus for me since that area is always very dry. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone looking to diminish the dark circles.

With all the great reviews, I decided to give this cream a try. I have been using it a little over a month, and have not seen hardly any results. It temporarily moisturizes my eyes, but that dosnt last very long, and thats about all it does. Genetically I have pretty noticeable under eye circles, even with eight hours of sleep. So if you are looking for fading of circles, this cream is not it.
