well and place nozzle back on the stem.-Shake can and
depress the actuator upside-down. If it sprays it means
the valve is not clogged. If it does not spray the valve
is clogged.-If the problem persists gently squeeze the
can. If it collapses easily there is no gas, meaning the

I had never used dry shampoo before this one, and I picked it up on a whim at a Sephora check out. AND I LOVE IT! I can't believe how well it works. I usually shampoo every other day, but with this, I can go an extra day or so, which really means I get an extra 15 minutes of sleep on those days. As a graduate student, this is key. It even gives my bangs a boost, which is saying a LOT, since my bangs tend to look limp by the end of the day. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is its fragrance. It has a very strong oriental/powder/incense-y perfume to it, which is ok, but if the scent isn't your style, it can be overwhelming. otherwise, it is fantastic!

A different use...- 11.19.09

I have very fine, very straight hair...the kind that my stylist says is "too healthy" and won't do anything. After a blowout, i spray all over with L'Oreal ElNett Hairspray (to give the dry cleanser something to stick to) then spray the dry cleanser on the roots of my hair. Wait a few minutes for the dry cleanser to dry then brush through lightly. I can then curl, or tease and backcomb my hair, it has volume, it has shine, and it stays!!!

Quick Take: broken
This product worked great the one time I used it. After the one time, the nozzle stopped working. It's not broken or cracked and I took care of it according to the directions. I paid like 8 bucks for it....for one use.
Don't buy it.

I like the convenience of being able to spray the product. It's not messy at all, but you really do need the ventilation or else you will suffocate. I normally use a little baby powder for a hair refresher if I don't shampoo. It does the same thing and costs 1/3 less than this product.

The product is great for after workouts. The downside is you never get to use the entire contents. It clogs after 75%. This needs to be fixed or I will be switching products. Losing 25% is a waste of $$.

I really like this dry shampoo. It works perfectly to freshen up my fine, oily hair on days where I get up too late to wash. The only downside this product has is the way it smells. It has a powdery smell and I'd rather have no or a light, fresh scent.

The formula itself is great, works fantastic and the smell is great. HOWEVER... The bottle is terrible. After one application all of the air inside the bottle leaks and you can no longer spray the product after that. This has happened to me many times over... I finally stopped purchasing it because it's just too expensive for one use. I hope they fix the packaging problem, because the product itself is great.

Ignore all the negative reviews because they clearly haven't used this product correctly! The scent is amazing, really. It does exactly what it says it's supposed to do. I usually spray along the crown of my head and my bangs and it literally revives my hair, and even makes it super silky. Totally worth the $10. GO GET IT! :)

This was easier and quicker to use than the powder-type dry shampoo (I didn't have to brush as thoroughly to blend it in), but I found the spray nozzle frustrating. Even with proper use following all of the guidelines, it tends to clog at least every other use.
The product works, but the packaging/delivery system could use some improving! Also, it did not last nearly as long as the powder (Oscar Blandi) dry shampoos.
