It took me a very long time to get it to work. I was twisting for a very long time until I finally took off the bottom an opened it up to try to get it to work. After I ripped it open and fixed the twister, it worked well

I am a first time user of this product. Within 2 days my nails have made major improvement. Nail bed is pink and moist, cuticles are neat and nails look great! Will continue to use this product.

Best product for dry cuticles!- 05.04.09
I've used everything for my nails, I've got tons of oils and most are very messy and greasy. I bought the Sephora cuticle healing pen last week and I've noticed an amazing difference in my skin around my nails. It's amazing, I'd recommend it to anyone who has dry or cracked cuticles!

really works- 04.21.09
I love this little pen, I dab it on my dry cuticles while waiting for the train, or whenever I'm not doing anything. It couldn't be easier and helps my nails look great.
By the way I don't really notice a difference between this one and the other 2 colors, they all do the exact same thing, just different packaging.

Sephora Brand's healing eucalyptus cuticle oil really does a great job at healing and softening dry, rough cuticles. It's easy to use and easy to carry in your purse, too. Great little tool to keep on hand at all times.
