This is a very, very fine powder that seems as if it will last quite a long time. I use a big brush and just swirl the powder up with occasional poofs of powder escaping. It immediately takes away the shine and lasts pretty well through the day. I had been looking for a translucent powder that would do just that. This is a product I would recommend and buy again.

Why did it take me so long to find this miracle product? I dust it lightly over my eyes and they look freshly done all day long. Unbelievable!! It will set any makeup that you need to stay put all day.

What can I say, but, AMAZING! I'm tossing out my Mineral Veil forever for this product. The silica powder is super-micro-fine and does not leave anything behind except what it promises. I feel like a walking airbrushed version of myself. Now, if only they made it for the backs of my legs!

This powder is great! I have oily skin and this does a great job of keeping that shine down! When I have liquid foundation on I use this for a flawless finish! When I don't have any makeup on I also use this and it keeps away the shine for about 6 to 8 hours. I'm in love :D

I read the reviews on here about this powder so went and got a sample to try it. Well I went back a week later and bought it. I love it, it's very fine and soft. Blends on my skin really nicely. At the end of the day my makeup still looks pretty good. I don't need to blot as often at all.

I was iffy about this product at first. I don't wear any type of powder or foundation on my face, but I saw it on tv and it seemed to work good, so I bought it. I use very little and it works wonders. My face looks and feels so soft, and it looks natural. don't use too much because it will leave you looking pale. Honestly i don't even have to reapply, but that's just me. If I go out at night, I dab a bit on and i'm good for the rest of the night...good investment and it will last a long time if you use it correctly.

NOT FOR DRY SKIN!- 11.15.09
My skin is sensitive and tends to be dry, especially in winter. The second I applied this powder, my skin started flaking off and felt really irritated. I'm not sure how 100% silica powder can cause that kind of reaction because I can apply silica in gel form (available at health stores) to my face as a mask, without any problems - weird. I wonder if it's a contamination issue. Definitely not for those with dry skin (especially during winter).
