To be honest, I feel like the clarasonic does do an excellent job when it comes to cleaning the skin - however I am dissappointed with the results, because I expected a lot more. I bought this to even out my skin tone, and help with some moderate acne scarring - it really didn't help in terms of this.

I've given it over a month, and have yet to see any difference in my skin, pores, etc. Yes, it does seem to remove makeup more thoroughly than regular cleansing, but for $200 I feel it should do more. My pores are still clogged, I see no difference in skin tone, acne reduction, etc. Sending this one back...

Quick Take: skin changing
My pores are smaller, my skin is smoother. The Clarisonic made the biggest difference in the blackheads on my face. The first 2 weeks I did break out more but I think that's because my skin was getting cleaner and the dirt and oil was coming out of my pores. Since then I love my skin!

Skeptical at first, but results were incredible!- 03.09.10
I bought the Clarisonic after receiving a Sephora giftcard. I had been thinking about it for awhile and finally decided it was worth a try.
Since I can remember, I have had fairly bad acne. Not the deep cystic type, but the type where I constantly had tiny red bumps covering my face. I thought acne was supposed to go away after grew out of those teenage hormones. However, I am 25 and still had the same skin I did when I was 13.
Honestly, the first week, I wasn't insanely impressed. If anything, the Clarisonic just made my skin angry and I started breaking out in places I didn't normally, like my chin. I am not sure if this is a normal reaction the first week of use. I may have not been massaging hard enough because I was afraid at first to rub TOO hard due to my sensitive skin. So I was really just letting the thing graze my skin while I moved it around, so it could have been a personal flaw rather than the device.
After no result at the end of the first week, I was planning on returning it (after 3 weeks) with the 30 day warranty, thinking "Oh well, another skin care miracle failed to meet my expectations. What's new?"
The second week, I don't know if it was my built up angst against my skin or what, but I decided to massage a bit harder while using the system. My skin started to gradually become clearer and clearer over the course of the second week until finally, it was almost perfectly smooth! I am so impressed.
I have tried proactive, been to the dermatologist a dozen times, rubbed on all kinds of perscription creams and pills and nothing has helped except the Clarisonic. When I was reading reviews prior to purchasing, I thought people were exaggerating - they are not! This is seriously incredible. My skin has not been this smooth in at least 12 years. And it is staying smooth, too!
Even though I paid for this with a gift card, it would have definitely been worth 200 dollars of my own money. I wish I had bought one years ago. I can finally stop this constant battle with my skin and feel confident about how I look! Hooray, Clarisonic!

I had high hopes for this. The sales associates swore by it. They said it would make my products more effective and would not irritate my highly sensitive, rosacea prone skin. The box even says it can help the Rosacea. While it didn't overly irritate my skin, my skin (especially my cheeks and nose) would get irritated from time to time - even on the gentle setting. When i first started using it, my skin and pores did seem "cleaner" - especially my nose but i didn't notice any significant change after using it for over a month. For $200 I must see a significant change. I returned it.

For some reason I went through high school without one pimple and all of a suddon at 41 I'm getting acne. I use my clarisonic everyday and I have already noticed a difference. It's gentle yet very effedtive and I love it.

I've always had pretty good skin so I had to find a product that was good enough to really dig down and get the dirt out. I used to have little black head/white heads around my nose area and I could feel them when I ran my finger across. I've only had it for a couple months but I could see a difference in a week. NO MORE BUMPY BLACKHEADS HERE! My makeup app. is way more flawless because I have a great canvas now!

Quick Take: exfoliating, worth every penny
My husband bought me this gadget for Christmas 2 years ago and my skin has been glowing and clear ever since. I've been using it once or twice a day and I love using it. I'm very impressed that it is waterproof and can be taken into the shower. It removes so much more dirt than handwashing and is gentle enough as well. Love it!

The only thing I don't like about this product is the price. You also have to buy replacement heads every three months on top of everything which can get expensive. I don't see much difference in my acne but this product throughly cleanses your skin. I just switched to the delicate brush and hope to see more results!

I was reluctant to purchase this at first due to the price but decided to take the plunge. I am 41 and concerned about keeping my skin as young looking as possible. I still get the occasional breakout too :( I have been using this for about 2 weeks now (i use it along with Philosophy's Purity cleanser which I have used for years). My skin actually feels cleaner and SMOOTHER. It is definitely a keeper. A few days after i had started using it someone asked me if I had something done to my face (I'm sure they meant to word it better than that) because they said it looked glowing. Consider me a fan!

THIS IS AMAZING It exfoliates better than the harshest scrub without feeling like it! It seems to works better when you add the cleanser to the brush before instead of on you face first. I LOVEVEEEEEE IT<3 My skin is WONDERFUL now, I don't even have to wear foundation anymore.
