I didn't feel this was worth the price. I did however stop using Clarins moisturizer (due to the fragrance content) but miss it and will definitely start using the product again. As a rule every product I have purchased from Clarins has been excellent. I prefer my SPF in my moisturizer. Who needs the extra step?

Finally, a sunscreen I can use daily!- 11.12.09

This sunscreen is great for daily use! I have combination/oily skin and this does not add to my oiliness. I do NOT use this sunscreen when I am playing sports or swimming (I use regular sport sunscreen for this) because it sweats off easily, but it is perfect for everyday use. I do not wear any makeup, but this screen leaves my face feeling natural.

I would give it a 5 stars because it is a non-greasy high level of sun protection with UVB and UVA; however, it rubs off as I apply over another clarins moisturizer. I have to lay on very gently so that I don't rub it in and rub it off.... I don't think there is something wrong with this product, but just that the need of applying multiple products.

There are many products that I used to use, but no longer due, because I am trying to limit my exposure to chemicals.
Clarins is a company that strives to be more natural, but it actually straddles the fence between old school "natural" and the new standard and definition of "green" cosmetics.
Anyways, I have tried for several years to find a sunscreen of comparable spf, texture, finish, and that is non-chemical (no avobenzone and the like), and nothing else comes close. That is why this is one of less than an handful of holdouts, that continue to earn their place on my vanity.
It has the best texture. It almost feels like water when you put it on.
Actually, it's more like Hyaluronic Acid. It's very light, slightly slick, and spreads on very easily. This then dries to the most wonderful velvet-like finish.
It's never greasy, or shiny, and it's so lightweight, you don't even feel it.
And the best part, it won't give you that pasty look like a lot of other titanium suncreens will.
This actually earns 4.5 stars from me. If I can find one that fits my criteria, and is even more natural, that would be even better. But, no luck yet.

Best sun screen ever! I'm allergic to chemical blocks so this is a live saver, yes it is expensive but it lasts forever, you only need a very little bit (i just use it on my face) and it blends in really well, no chalky residue, I wore this in 100 degree heat in china and didn't get burned. I usually burn really easily. I only put it on in the AM, and it lasted through sweat etc. Great great product. totally worth the $. Oh also have very oily skin, this was not a problem.

I adore this product. Having severe photo-sensitivity as well as a light complexion to begin with, I use sunscreen like it's going out of style. This sunscreen is light, absorbs instantly, doesn't leave me feeling greasy - and most importantly, provides great protection.

I tried this product a while back and I fell in love. This day screen is brilliant. Clarins UV Plus day screen is not greasy or irritating. I have oily skin and I find that this day screen mattes my skin which is what I need! I have sensitive skin by the way. It's great for those who live in warmer climates. It doubles as a make up primer too.

I've been using some sort of sunscreen since I was 6 and this is the ONLY sunscreen that I can honestly say I do not feel. It's as thin as milk, disappears almost immediately and doesn't disturb make-up applications. This bottle does go a long way too!

This is the first sunscreen I've ever had that makes me WANT to wear sunscreen. I think it's a bit greasy at first but in blends in so nicely. It makes my skin look so good that I have stopped wearing primer. I also usually break out pretty easily and my skin has actually looked clearer after using this. I will continue using this product as long as they keep selling it.

This is another great Clarins product. I like to use high SPF products so that a few sun spots on my cheekbones won't get any worse. This sunscreen glides onto the skin, and it absorbs well. It does not leave a white film like other sunscreens. Also, it would probably be enough moisture to skip my moisturizer on hot days. It protects my skin until I wash it off.
