Quick Take: evens skin tone, prevents acne
I know that it is expensive, but it is worth every penny. I can feel it working when I put it on, and I noticed a difference in one week- I was breaking out like crazy and mt skin was a mess. Now the break-outs are gone, and my skin tone is more even and it is super soft.

This is an awesome treatment! I started using it about four months ago. I was asked at work, if I had cosmetic surgery done on my face. Does that tell you anything??? It gives you a finish look and also smooths your skin, and tightens it superbly. I recommend this product to all the women that are looking for a treatment to make them glow and look fabulous.

I use this product in the morning before my moisturizer. I have not noticed a huge difference in the size of my pores, but my skin is more hydrated and radiant. It feels so soft after applying this serum.

I am a mother of five and 45 years old. My budget is very tight. An associate at Sephora gave me a sample of this and I said thanks, but my budget won't allow. I used it any way...needless to say,I have budgeted this and the eye serum in! Forget food! heehee ! This is the best product out there! Having everyone asking me "did you have work done?"

Didn't work for me

I used this under the Face Finishing Moisturizer for about 3 weeks. I didn't find any changes in my skin. On a contrary, the pores near my nose were more noticeable and my skin texture seemed a little parched and rough. At first, I thought my skin could be dehydrated from the indoor heater or not drinking enough water. But when I stopped using this and the moisturizer for a few days, my skin looks less parched. Not sure what it was but I had such high hope.
I'm putting this and the moisturizer aside and will try them again in the early summer to see if they will work better for me then.

I'm 48 and blessed with good skin...this product has helped elevate it to the next level! I hesitated for a long time due the price, but decided to purchase it along with the Clarsonic Mia and Philosophy's Purity Made Simple. These products work great together! My skin feels super soft and smooth, and definitely feels and looks firmer. Totally worth the investment!

This stuff is awesome for reducing redness, giving me a much better complexion, reducing my pores. I used it for several years, then ran out. Couldn't afford more till recently. My skin went to pot. Redder. Very large pores. Blemishes.

A rep at sephora recommended this to me after I asked her about fading acne scars. I have lots of scarring and was skeptical cuz the packaging says nothing about fading scars but I so glad that she told me to get this!!! I've been using this for just over a month and my scars have faded SO much!!! I am so happy! Highly recommended!!!!! It's expensive but who cares cuz it works and I've tried tons of things from sephora!! I even see a dermatologist every 6 weeks and this is by far, the best thing I've spent money on!!

youth in a bottle. dr perricone has done it again. this serum is part of my morning routine and I can't imagine living without it. A little bit goes a long way and my pores shrank, my fine lines disappeared and it left my skin with a dewy youthful glow.

This is the first product I have ever tried of Perricone MD and now I am hooked. I actually got people telling me my skin is beautiful. About half way through the bottle you will see a smoother evened out completion. It smoothes out your skin and works wonders on lines, pores, and even acne!

I've been using this for about 3 weeks now and am not terribly impressed. It seems like a good product but just nothing spectacular. I also purchased the Perricone "Skin Clearing Hydrator" moisturizer and I see more pronounced results from it, however it isn't available on the website to review. Overall I think this cream is good but not worth the price. I read some reviews commenting on the smell of the cream - Perricone must have improved the scent because mine smells like lemon cake icing.

Excellent face cream for diminishing pores, lifting/tightening the face and with regular use makes fine lines less prominent. Have used for 4 years and love this cream. The marks against it are the smell which has improved over the years but you just can't mask that fishiness. Also, one of the ingredients is glycolic acid, so there is a strong burning sensation if I've been in the sun or skiing. I definitely notice the difference if I stop using it for a week or more; improvement resumes within a couple of days of use.

I went from having moderate cystic acne, rosacea and large pores, to receiving compliments on my skin regularly. After about a week, my skin started to glow and appeared tighter and smoother. By week two, my face broke out lightly due to under-the-skin acne coming closer to the surface, and by week 3 it had healed, and by week 4 my skin had transformed! It's now smooth and soft, and my friends and family are shocked by how great it looks!
