these little golden pills are the best ever! my skin is happy and my lashes are longer! i've also noticed a difference in my hair.
after running out of my first bottle, i noticed a major difference and vowed never to run out again. i definitely notice a difference w/out them.

I wouldn't doubt that it makes your skin and hair healthier, but the significant differences I have experienced taking these pills is healthier nails and alertness. My nails tend to peel easily, and these supplements made my nails healthier and stronger. Also, my FAVORITE part about taking these is when my alarm goes off early in the morning, I don't feel groggy or feel the need to hit the snooze button. It's crazy the way it works, but it's awesome! I'm also in grad school so these have been pretty helpful in keeping me away from naps in the middle of the day so I can stay productive. Just try it and you'll see what I'm talking about!

Quick Take: amazing worth it
I have never written a review before but I had to for the product. I've only been taking these pills for 2 weeks but I have instantly noticed the difference in my skin! It is so clear and glowing. I also can tell there is a huge difference in my mood and overall feeling. I will definitely be buying these from now on they are so worth it.

These pills are easy to take. I take 1 pill every meal 3 times a day. Already my hair is shinier, I feel great and my weight loss is going good. The only teeny down side would be the fishy burp I get about 15 minutes after I take it. It's more surprising than anything. I highly recommend this, especially if you're trying to lose weight.

A Multitasking Life Saver!

I have been using these for over a month now and I am now on my second bottle. All I got to say is this is the best beauty/health investment I have ever made.
My skin is more brigher, clearer, and softer than before. It even has a nice glow to it.
My hair is alot fuller and I noticed increased length.
This is also regulated my weight and I feel much lighter than before.
The most important is that my mental state has been improved 100 %. I am more alert and my temper is alot more manageable.
I cannot say enough good things about this product and I will continue to use for as long this stays in production.

I been taking Perricone Omega 3 now for over a year. I have seen the results on my skin and overall feel great. I use his products because they are A grade and the best ingredients. It may cost a little more, then the cheap ones that they sell in the market, but you get what you pay for. In the long run, is well worth it!!

I have been using Omega 3 supplments for over two years. Is the best supplement you can take. Perricone makes the best and you will be guarantee the best results. It lives up the its name. Is a must for your body. I will not do without this supplement. Is part of my regime.

I've been searching for a supplement like this for SO long...I wanted something easy to take, no aftertaste, that would provide noticeable results. This provides all these benefits, and then some! I'm typically not the person to write reviews claiming that something is a miracle, but this is almost just that.
I am a young woman who suffers from horrible chronic menstrual cramps. I was reading about holistic ways to reduce my pain (and maybe just take the edge off so it was bearable to go to work in the morning and not feel like a miserable wreck), and omega-3 fish oil was at the top of the list. This appeared to be the most positively-reviewed supplement of the sort, so I picked up a bottle. I was taking 3-4 a day, and when "that time of the month" came around, my cramps were manageable, without my usual barroge of Midol, heat pads, etc. I wasn't nauseous, and I felt energetic enough (very rare during my cycle) to take on a very snowy winter day full force.
Other than my cramps, I've definitely noticed my nails growing faster and stronger, my scalp (previously a problem area) was less irritated, and my skin is improving. I live in a dry area and all these things are usually affected by the winter weather...I just can't wait to see how great my skin and nails look in the summertime =]
I will definitely be purchasing these for as long as they're sold on Sephora (or elsewhere) and they are a permanent staple in my daily routine. If you're having doubts, look no further. No sense in not trying something new, right?

Quick Take: perricone omega 3 supplement, treat your skin from the inside
I love Sephora and spend a lot of money on quality products trying to take good care of my skin. But all of that is from outside in. I decided to try these to help from inside out. I take 2 in morning with breakfast and 2 at lunch. I can really tell the difference in my skin. I have tried some other Perricone supplements and found that they were too much for my tummy. However, these will always be one of my secrets to keeping young skin.

I bought this product based strictly off the reviews I saw on here, and I will for sure be buying another supply!! I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. I have been going to the dermatologist for years, and nothing has worked as well as this did!!! Large pills to swallow, but definitely worth it. Amazing

I never take supplements, but after my nails started cracking and after my first year at college just wasting away my body, I decided to treat myself to these. These are actually magical pills. I took 2 after breakfast and 2 after lunch, and the results were fantastic. I felt super energetic and really happy the entire time. I experienced absolutely no mood swings, and I PMS pretty awfully. My skin completely cleared up, my nails became healthy again, and I just felt so mentally clear and strong. These are really, really fantastic, and the generics omega 3's I'm taking now can't even begin to compare to Perricone's. But, as a college student, I'll have to wait until a special event is coming up before I splurge on these again. But truly, these omega 3's are amazing, and the quality is absolutely top-notch.

Quick Take: a lifesaver for a busy nurse
I feel so much better every since I began taking this supplement. I first heard of this specific brand from the actress Kerry Washington in a magazine article. I began taking them for my skin. I didn't know an extra boost of energy and overall feeling of wellnes came with it. It reminds me of the feeling of euphoria I have after exercising. My skin is bright and scalp doesn't need oiling like it used to. I'm African-American and that's especially good for a healthy scalp. Thanks Dr. Perricone and Sephora.

Quick Take: vital
I started taking these three or four months ago as an alternative to the prescribed antibiotics I took to treat acne. It was overwhelming to research and try to sift through all of the brands and websites making different claims about the benefits of Omega 3 supplements, but I am so glad that I settled on Perricone's, because it has a far higher potency than anything available at the grocery store or nutrition stores.
Not only did it improve the health of my skin and hair, but taking these supplements has affected how my entire body functions. My joints are healthier (I have runner's knees), I have more energy, my HDL "good cholesterol" levels are sky-high, and my mental well-being is far more balanced.
I can't say enough good about these and I wish I had known years ago how much of a difference they would make.
