Well, everyone knows the amazing health and beauty benefits of Omegs 3s but this is just top of the line. Unlike drug store supplements, this is top of the line. I have been taking three a day for 5 days and I must say that I am already seeing a difference in my skin and hair. Outside of that, I know that I am taking care of my heart as well! Can't go wrong with this!

Not as I expected, take 5 a day as recomended for weight contol, notice nothing yet, my nails still tear and bend, so noticed no difference. ..at all.

Be careful - this product will cause very soft stools. I cannot take it every day, much less 3 times a day as the label suggests for weight loss.

Hooray! Supplements from wild salmon!- 04.18.09
Quick Take: good for you good for the planet
Farmed salmon have too many contaminants to eat...let alone take as a supplement. And salmon farms are a big no-no thanks to their negative impacts on wildlife and the environment. Hooray for Dr Perricone for getting it right again and using wild salmon that is good for us AND good for the planet. Take your Omega threes!!!! Your skin, brain and all the rest of you will be better for it.

I was doubtful before I put the order. But now I am so happy I did put the order. This stuff really works on me. I can feel my skin is brighter after 3 days. And I drink water regularly before of this. overall, like it a lot.
