Quick Take: okay
I was very excited when the salesperson told me this stuff would "absolutely work" on my daughters unruly, knotty, cury hair. It really doesn't work that well. The pump on it has never operated so i have to open the bottle and it's messy. My excitement has turned into disappointment.

I love this product. I was worried it would weigh my fine hair down, but it actually gives it body and control. It smells amazing too! I put it on my damp hair before blowdrying - great for a smooth comb out too. Worth every penny!

This is an awesome product! I have super thick unruly long hair that does what it wants with or with or styling tools. I apply after shower and let dry and my hair is the shiniest, softness ever! This is a keeper for me on a daily basis - I can't live without out it!

Makes my hair shiny

Quick Take: defrizzing
I picked up this hair serum on a whim a few years back and have still used it, and have gotten some friends hooked too. First off, the scent is a light jasmine small that I love. Second, it provides moisture to my ends during blow drying or natural drying that keep them from looking frazzled. Lastly, it makes my hair look nice and shiny.

Faulty packaging

Quick Take: don't know - couldn't get the dispenser to work
When I tried this product in the store I could immediately see that it worked on my hair, so I decided to buy a bottle of this.
Unfortunately, once I got home I realized that the pump was broken and it wouldn't dispense the product. I took off the cap and tried to fix it, put the cap back on and got 1 dose of the serum before the pump stopped working again.
Sadly, I was so frustrated with this (this is not the first time I've purchased a product where the packaging was faulty from Sephora) that I returned the product.
When I explained what happened the sales associate didn't believe me. Of course she was able to get it to dispense once, but then she couldn't get the pump to work either. Finally she agreed to return the product for me.

I LOVE the smell, and it makes my hair ridiculously shiny without weighing it down. However, I have similar complaints to what others have said, namely that the pump can often be faulty (I actually decanted a bottle into another bottle to solve it -- pain in the butt!), and it's awfully pricey. There are less expensive serums that give shine, but none have the wonderful smell, and they don't give me consistently brilliant/non-greasy luster.

This wonderful product makes my hair do exactly what I want it to. I've only been using it for a few weeks but when I sometimes catch a glimps of my reflection I oftan double take at how shiny and healthy my own hair looks. It can look so flawless that I get asked if my hair is extensions. I love this and the fragrance reminds me of something from my childhood.. maybe plastic toys?? Not sure but I connect this with something positive so I really like it.

I read the many positive reviews and decided to try this myself. It has an excellent smell, texture is light and shine is brilliant. I have thin hair and it actually has a thicker appearance. It also keeps my hair straighter, longer... seriously!!
The short-term has been good - I'm looking forward to seeing what the long term effects will be.
My only complaint is that the bottle is small and the cost is high... wish I could give it a 4.5 or 4.75 as a result.
Love the product.. just not the price.

I tried this serum just to try it, and I'm glad that it turned out to be a great product! It easily tames frizz and gives shine, just like the description says. What's great is that the little bottle goes a long way, since I only needed 2 drops (max). The scent is a little strong, but not too overpowering.

The scent only lasts a few minutes in your hair but my hair was so soft and remained tangle free. I applied it in my damp hair and let my hair air dry. I highly recommend this product for those with damaged and tangled hair.
