NARS Aqua Gel Hydrator
This ultra-luxurious lightweight gel-cream mask
is comprised of 87% water to deliver intense hydration

Perfection in a jar - and great for sensitive skin

This cream is pretty much perfection. I had my makeup done recently, and the artist used this product before primer. It felt amazing - my skin felt (and looked) super hydrated and soft. I asked for a sample before buying the full size (which is expensive) and it has continued to have the same great effects...it is so moisturizing. This would be great even if your skin isn't dry, but mine is, and it drinks this in immediately. Highly recommend!!

I love this product! This is one of the few products that really does hydrate my skin. I usually massage this into my skin at night before going to bed. I have been using this twice a week for about half a year. And my skin looks alot more hydrated than before. The only thing is that I cannot use it more often than 4 times a week, else it will break me out. And do not put this onto your eyelids if you do not want to wake up with puffy eyes, cause it hydrates that area too! Anyhow, I still love this product. Will certainly repurchase!

This product really keeps my skin moist in drier environments. I wear it before a flight, over my moisturizer, and my skin really looks good at the end of the flight.

The packaging is beautiful, first off. And then you open it and you're greeted with this milky translucent substance that feels like a liquid cloud, light and airy. The gel is cool and refreshing as you massage it over your skin, and it absorbs quickly, gently. In the morning, I find my face is not too dry, not too oily, but just right.
My only complaint is the slight orange peel sort of smell, but I still love this product!

this is a great moisturizer/mask. my skin feels so soft and hydrated in the morning. i also sometimes use it as a makeup base. you cant go wrong with this one plus it last forever.

I have sensitive/oily/semi acne-prone skin and this stuff does not break me out or irritate my skin. I use it once a week as an intensive overnight moisturizer and I wake up with beautiful, soft skin. I also use it when I go out at night as a makeup base, because it leaves a smooth velvety finish and your makeup will just *glide* on. The only con is the price, but if I keep using it sparingly (a little goes a long way), I think this product will last a while. It also really saves my dull/dry skin days by pumping in moisture, so I will repurchase.

My first Moisturizer

I am in love. Can I say it again? I am in love. I have always hated moisturizers cause I have oily skin and they usually break me out something fierce. Additionally, I don't have any wrinkes or dryness so I figured I didn't need one. My mom said all women need to use a good moisturizer at least 3 times a week regardless of how great their skin is genetically. So I read through the comments about various products on this site for hours. I finally chose this and was not dissapointed. A little goes a long way first of all and it basically disappears into the skin. I think my skin feels softer after a few weeks of use. I will stick with this as long as they make it cause it's the best for people with oily prone skin.

Gel-cream is my favorite texture because it absorbs better and hydrates more efficiently than anything else. Nars is no exception, I use this morning and night as a moisturizer and or makeup primer. Nothing hydrates my skin this well, this weightlessly. I use it under my super expensive Fresh products and I can use about half of what I used to now because my face is already fully hydrated, so I can just focus on the other benefits. I couldn't suggest this cream enough, it smells good, hydrates well, is a pretty good size for a decent price. I promise this will be the most lightweight, deepest hydration you've ever experienced and no it doesn't clog pores! One of the best beauty buys ever for soft skin.

I bought this wanting a heavy duty moisturizer for my combination skin...oily t-zone with dry cheeks. This goes on very thin and takes a while to kick in the moisture. When I used it during the day, it didn't seem to keep my face moisturized. Seems better for oily skin? I felt more of a difference when I used it overnight...woke up with skin feeling hydrated and soft. It's ok but I probably won't repurchase.

Not into this.. much prefer to just stick with moisturizing cream... it felt a bit sticky and in the morning my skin didn't feel any more moisturized than the night before.. Maybe as an intensive mask.. haven't tried that yet.. maybe tonight:)

It really moisturizes, and the effect lasts for a few days. I especially like what my skin looks two days after I use this mask, as on the first day it tends to be a little shiny.
The smell is like sugar mixed with flower, which I like very much. It's really a gel-cream, and a little massage helps your skin to absorb it well.

I have extremely dry skin, especially in the winter - and this product does have a wonderful quenching effect! I also use NARS hydrating lotion - which is great - and the brightening serum - which is unbelievable.

NARS Aqua Gel Hydrator definitely leaves skin feeling hydrated and soft after use. I have very oily skin, so I like to use this once a week for that extra boost of moisture. Used once a week it doesn't clog my pores or cause breakouts. Very nice product.

i was so nervous when i ordered this because i wasnt sure if the price was justafiable. to my relief, it was fully worth it. first, you only need a small amount to cover your entire face and neck. secondly, it can be used as a mask or a moisturizer. finally, it really does make a dramatic difference in the moisture level of your skin. i have combination skin that is very sensative and breaks out easily. i use products thats are designed to clear up oily skin on a daily basis so i needed something to use once or twice a week to replenish the moisture. this has been the perfect solution. i put it on at night and leave it till morning. my skin feels rejeuvenated and refreshed. if you have combination skin and find that your daily skincare regimen works, but is drying, try this...it will put the lost moisture back into your skin without making it greasy or shiny.
