don't waste your money
-03.13.12
Quick Take: expensive, disappointing
I have always had good luck with DDF products, so I purchased this eye cream in the hopes that it would keep fine lines around my eyes at bay. I used the entire bottle of this product - I understand that all skincare takes a bit of time to see the results. I am in my 40s and had used Shiseido for years and had NO undereye wrinkles when I began to use this product. I now have quite a few wrinkles and am furious with myself for switching to this product. Yes, it is moisturizing and nourishing and worked well under my makeup, but if you're looking to avoid wrinkles, save your money. Not only is it expensive, but it neither prevents wrinkles nor improves existing ones.

Great results!
-01.15.12
Quick Take: brightening, adds instant moisture!
I am always on the look out for a new eye cream and this one definitely works wonders! Yes, it's expensive, but you really only need one pump for use under both eyes. It absorbs quickly, is light, and leaves the under eye are moisturized but not oily. It seems to have an instant brightening effect, and works great under a concealer!

Lightweight, blends well, don't get it in your eye
-05.20.11
Quick Take: refreshing, fast-acting, blends very nicely, don;t get in your eyes
I like how this feels and spread, and I searched for an eyecream with at least spf 15. It makes a good base under makeup. If you get it in your eyes it will irriatate and reden them so be careful when you apply. But overall a good/great eyecream

The best sunscreen for sensitive eyes!
-05.15.11
Quick Take: soothing, fast-acting, has great spf, non-stinging
I have light skin that burns easily, and my eyes are very sensitive to most products. Trying to find a good eye cream that has proper SPF, but doesn't sting or make my eyes tear, had been quite difficult, until I found this product. It works perfectly! It moisturizes and protects the delicate skin around my eyes without making them sting, or making my makeup run. Concealer goes on smoothly and it doesn't settle into my fines lines. I highly recommend it.

Best Eye Cream for Me
-04.20.11
Quick Take: gentle, lightweight, spf, antiwrinkle
This eye cream is fantastic. It's lightweight, easy to apply, and scentless so it doesn't irritate my eyes. It has an spf of 15 to help protect my undereye area from sun damage and further wrinkling. Perfect for younger lwomen and men who are looking to prevent wrinkles and lines around the eyes.
The price is a whopping $50, but you just need a little bit (you can use half to a full pump total for both eyes). It lasts me at least 8-10 months and I use it everyday! So over time, it's worth the purchase.

One day and I'm already in love!
-04.12.11
Quick Take: soothing, light-reflecting and diffusing, non-greasy, moisturizing, protects from sun damage, contains SPF
I used to use the now discontinued Clinique Stop Signs Eyes, which gave my under-eye area SPF protection, plus moisture, plus a little reflective quality to bounce the light off of and disguise those fine lines. (I'm 42, but only just starting to show lines.) I've been looking for a product to replace that -- hopefully one with some of the same benefits, but especially an SPF -- and have finally found it! I think I like this DDF product *even better* than the Clinique one because it's not only moisturizing and damage-preventing, it also seems even to provide a little camouflage/filler for the lines, perhaps because of its relative thickness and slight white tint. I don't even need concealer with this. And makeup goes on great over it -- no caking or goopiness or crepe-like effects. Not only that, but it seems my mascara, for once, has not smudged under my eyes over the work day as it usually does.
Other things I like about this: it goes on smoothly (no tugging) and it's easy to keep where you need it (sometimes I find that some more liquid-like eye products end up on my cheekbones as well when I apply them). Though it's expensive, a little goes a long way -- you don't even need to push the pump all the way down for enough for both eyes.
Unlike other people, I haven't had any reaction -- no eye watering or irritation or inflammation -- but I've only used the product for a day now. But with my skin sensitive, I think if this product irritated it, I'd know by now.
As for the whiteness of the product (which some people have objected to) that goes away as you blend and pat it in. But I have very fair skin, so it may seem less of a big deal to me.
I don't know about what effects it has on existing lines and wrinkles over time, since I've only used it for a day, but I do know that sunblock *prevents* further lines, and that's mainly what I wanted it for. And it makes it *look* like the lines and wrinkles are fewer and finer, so that's great, too! (I'm skeptical, anyway, about anything that claims to "reduce" or remove wrinkles.)

Good, but...
-01.10.11
Quick Take: shiny, gentle
at age 30, it doesn't beat Murad's SPF 15 eye cream.
I bought this because it has an SPF 15, relatively hard to find in an eye cream, and because it has some anti-aging ingredients. However, I don't like how shiny and seemingly oily it is. I suspect this formula would be more appropriate for a person a bit older than I am who was looking for a richer moisturizer than I currently need. I'll keep using it, because it is gentle and has an SPF, but next time I'll go back to the Murad Essential-C SPF 15 eye cream, which was the right amount of moisture for me and much less shiny.

creamy yet lightweight
-08.12.10
I've only had this eye cream for a few weeks, but I'm really liking it so far. It's nice and creamy, yet lightweight at the same time. Once I apply it, I forget that it's on. I love how it has SPF.

I have fine lines and this helps prevent my makup from settling in. I really like the fact that it has SPF and it absorbs into my skin very quickly.

Good moisturization...
-03.19.10
This cream is a great moisturizer for daytime wear under makeup. I use an eye serum for anti-aging, then apply this moisturizer overtop of it to give me moisture and sun protection. It is easy to blend under the delicate eye area--no hard rubbing required. It keeps my undereye area hydrated all day. I really love this moisturizer.

Not for sensitive skin
-10.24.09
I would not recommend this for ppl with sensitive or dry skin. I get a rash around my eye area when I use this product. It is also not moisturizing enough for me and my eyes still felt tight after I apply it. Overall, this was the most disappointing purchase I made from Sephora...
