I bought it and because it was a new toy used it the first weekend constantly and did see a difference but now I am using it every two or 3 days and it's not as noticeable, what I did was take a close up photo and I will take another in 4 months and then at that point will have the visual proof if this is really a product that can deliver long term effects.
After reading the reviews, I decided to try the Tanda Anti-Aging Starter Kit. I found the small hand-held device annoying. If you want to treat your entire face, you would do well to look at larger devices. If you wish to spot-check problem areas, the device might be what you are looking for.
After three weeks of regular treatment (once a day), I liked what I thought was happening to my wrinkles and pores. However, I also noticed blemish spots begin to appear from the light.
So the Tanda device was sent back.
If your skin is not light-sensitive, and you wish to spot-treat facial imperfections, you might want to give the Tanda product a try.
I think it works if you use it every night. However, it wasn't made for me. I had a rash after using it twice. took a while to realize it was from tanda.
I purchased the Tanda Anti-Aging Starter Kit a little over 4 weeks ago. As a ex-smoker I had lots of lines around my mouth and those awlful crows feet around my eyes. I won't claim ALL my deep wrinkles are gone but I have noticed they do not appear as deep and my husband even commented that my skin looks "softer" since I started the treatment. I plan to keep using the Tanda, it's become a nightly routine for me.
I used this for about 3 weeks,it made my skin feel smooth,will continue to use to see more results on the fine lines or not.It's a lot of money but if it helps,it's worth it.
I'm on my third day of using Tanda, and I must say I am well pleased. I did not have any issue whatsoever with the device shutting off like other reviewers mentioned, and the pores around my nose have shrunk about 1/3 in size.
I do not like the facewash, however. I don't think it cleans as well as I'd like. So I would wash my face with Clarisonic and Purity Made Simple first, then wash it again with the facewash sample and warm water to remove any possible light blocking residues.
I only apply the anti-aging gel before using the Tanda. After treatment, I would follow with my regular skincare products.
Tanda needs to fix this product so it works!- 08.07.09
Quick Take: not ready for the marketplace.
I had high hopes for the Tanda but it was a bust. It just would not stay on long enough for me to use it. Returned my first unit for another but had same issue. These machines turned off before the 3 minute cycle you are supposed to use them for is up and will not turn back on. Did not get to use it enough to see if it help my skin. Tanda's CS was not helpful or pleasant. Kept insisting I was not charging unit properly. Following Tanda's CS instructions, left the unit in the charging base 24/7 and made sure the organge charging light was on but still could not get the unit to stay on. Not worth the money or the time.
I REALLY NOTICED A DIFFERENCE MY SKIN IS CLEARING UP AND IS MORE PLUMP. WHEN I GOT THE PRODUCT I THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO BE JUST ANOTHER ANTI-AGING PRODUCT, BUT I REALLY NOTICED A DIFFERENCE ON MY SKIN. I LIKE THE PRODUCT.
I bought this primarily to fight jaw line droop. In the time I have used it, I also used other products, but I do feel my jaw has improved. It may be the combination of products, or the Tanda, hard to say. (I used the cleanser & serum for a little while. While neither caused any issues for my sensitive skin, I discontinued both, as I felt I needed a more thorough cleanser, and I am already using a combo of serums & a moisturizer, so I felt like it was overkill. I am not using a retinol product at this time.) I do believe that the red light head is a great help with acne, even though it is for anti-aging. My skin breaks out much less frequently since I started using it & it helps calm the blemishes once they appear. I avoid the under eye area, because I suspect it was bringing up freckles there which had never appeared before & which faded once I avoided the area. What I can say for sure, because I was using it on just one spot on my forehead where I am prone to breakout & skipping the rest, is that IT REALLY DOES COMBAT EXISTING FINE WRINKLES. I have been using the Tanda pretty much once a day for six months & one day I looked closely at my forehead (which I don't think about too much as I wear bangs) & I noticed that I had two rows of fine wrinkles across the forehead, but they are broken in the spot where I had used the Tanda. That area is now line free. (So of course now I do the entire area & hopefully the other areas will catch up.) Anyway, this leaves no doubt in my mind that the Tanda HAS TOTALLY SMOOTHED MY FOREHEAD WRINKLES in the area where I was using it. It has definitely improved the clarity of my skin & fine lines in other areas of my face. I think the price & time involved is worth it.
I've been using the Tanda for one week and I do believe it is working on my wrinkles, especially those on my left-hand (driver's side) crow's feet. It is easy to use - I use it in the evening while watching tv. I've had no problems with it turning off and not turning back on...read directions to understand what the beeps mean. I have not used the tanda facewash much and I'm neutral on the serum - it is easy to put on too much, which makes it feel sticky on your face.
I give this 4 stars only because it is high priced, but does seem to work to reduce wrinkles and age spots, so I recommend it if your budget allows.
Fabulous results with patience and time ! A esthetician friend of mine gave me some knowlegable insight. Cell turn over, meaning time that it takes to renew surface cells. She gave a time line to it which made me say...ahh-haa. The approx. days that it takes to do so for your age: 25-30**28 plus days/ 30-40** 60 plus days/ 40and Up**84 plus days. So....the older you are the longer it takes for maximum results. The RED one is for wrinkles. The BLUE is for acne. I have both skin conditions and purchesed the blue head just lately in conjunction with the red one. Wow! I watch a TV show for 1/2 hour or use before I drift off to sleep as it is charged by my bedside. I will tell you must maintain 3x's a week, as suggested. I have spent thousands of dollars in Derms offices on my skin. This is a great buy. Enjoy!
I am 52 years old and my skin has really started to age in the last six months. Tanda Regenerate has made a significant difference in my facial skin. After only two weeks of treatment, my skin is more firm and no longer has that squishy feel that women my age are familiar with. My skin looks healthier, has better clarity and better moisture retention. I use the device each evening for about 20 minutes; I think Tanda Regenerate is well worth the investment in time and money. One note of caution: be sure to test your skin for a photosensitive reaction before using the device on your entire face or chest. I developed an itchy, red, bumpy rash after treating my chest area. You don't want this to happen to your face!
The blue lights for acne really do work very nicely...& the red lights have made my skin appear more succulent. Since 1988 I've used Retin A.025% & .05% for Acne (& now wrinkles) & Hydroquinone 2% in a 10% Glycolic Acid gel (for Hyper-pigmentation)...& @ 59 yrs. of age I've tied & used everything but I hit a plateau & thought perhaps lazers are next...but after using the lights (only-not the lotions) my skin seems to be behaving more youthful and I haven't experienced any of the hyperpigmentation warned about by Tanda Lights....I am cancelling the lazers for now. Definately worth the $400. I spent!!
I am almost 40 and have a few fine lines. I was very skeptical that it would do anything. However, I have used it 2x and I love it. My skin looks tighter and brighter afterward, the effects last about a week for me. I would recommend this product.
I have used the Tanda for two weeks now and am noticing skin tightening along the jaw line and diminished sun spots on my face. I definitely recommend the Tanda to anyone who wants noticeable improvement in their skin quality.
I went to school for skin care and I a VERY seriously about taking care of my skin. So when I saw this product I was so excited. I have had it now for two months and I was using it an hour before bed every night for acne scarring and fine lines. I have yet to see even a slight difference. I was very disappointed and do not recommend this to anyone

Quick Take: not worth the price tag...
I am 34, but because I take excellent care of my skin, people think I'm 24!!! I bought this product to SEE if it would change the coloring of some acne scarring & some light lines starting around my eyes. I have a home business & therefore I work from home. They say you can do this product 18-20 mins every day.(most women I know, don't even have that much time) I did 20 mins. in the morning & 40 minutes at night when I was watching TV. This product is a lot of $$$, 4 something I didn't see results. One of my scars on my face actually looked worse and a line that was not near my mouth....just suddenly appeared out of nowhere! My 2 light forehead lines, were somewhat deminished, but not enough for the big price tag. My skin also appeared a very blotchy light brown, in some places & it was not like this before! If you are a busy woman,this product is NOT for you. It is VERY TIME-CONSUMING & your arm gets tired of holding this up to your face. The light is VERY bright, even tho I used the goggles & a dark cloth over my eyes.If you suffer from migraines,DON'T buy this product! I was sooo wanting this product to work, but 4 the time, effort & $$$, I put into this...I didn't SEE much in the way of results! I am in beauty industry, therefore I made sure I cheacked daily, 4 results & I took pictures. I would not recommend this product to anyone I know! Sorry...some exfoliating products out there, do a waaaay better job than this! I returned my Tanda at almost 4 weeks of usage.
I purchased this product 2 weeks ago with the anti-aging head and so far I am waiting for results. I expected something by now but it has not happened. I looked into purchasing the "baby quasar" at 2 times the cost but settled on this product. I'll give it more time and luckily Sephora has a good return policy.
