So far, having used it on both dry & wet hair, I love it!
I stopped using B&B Styling Lotion, Sebastian Trilliant Heat Protection/Shine spray, B&B Defrizz!!! I dont have to use these many products anymore and yet I get shiny straight humidity-free hair :)
So here's my new routine. 1. Shampoo with Phytorhum Fortifying Shampoo 2. Apply pea size of Phytodefrisant Botanical Hair Relaxing Balm from roots to ends all over 3. Slightly blow dry with T3 PRO.Dryer while combing out hair with a boar-bristle brush & straighten with T3 PRO [wet] OR Blow dry fully section by section with T3 PRO.Dryer & touch up by straightening with T3 PRO [dry]
X4. Because I am so used to using a hair spray to finish off, I sometimes use Sexy Straight Hair but I stopped doing this and still am very satisfied with the styling finish from previous step.
I do observe when I use this on wet hair, there is no visible damage, but that maybe due to my Phyto Balm, and my hair is way more humidity-pigtails-free + is slick straight with visibly lesser volume when compared to using on dry hair.
When I use it on almost-dry hair, there's healthy-volume.
I do have naturally wavy hair that has ridiculous waves in the wrong places that drives me nuts which is why I straighten my hair every single day. I have experienced what heat[drugstore shampoos/products + GHD/CHI] does to your hair and so chopped off most of my length a while ago to start growing it out healthy [hence the PHYTO line of hair products - you gotta love em!].
This iron [&dryer] from T3 is awesome as I dont' see much heat damage after using it for a month[every single day] alongside PHYTO products.
Bottom Line: If you want to spend less time & energy on working with your hair BUT still get the style that lasts/worth the money you invest in these products, go for it!

Quick Take: effective
I've had the iron for a few weeks and am pleased so far. Not the absolutely best that I've ever used but it gets the jobs done quickly. I purchased the wet-or-dry but have only used it on dry hair. I like this iron because I don't feel like I'm damaging my hair since it has vents.

I bought this straightner because it was time for a new one. When i open it and use it for the first time, i love it. Its the best hair straightner i have ever used. It works fast. Normaly take like and hour and a half to straighten my hairBut with this one it only took me 40 minutes. I love this product. Its my favorite

Fast, adjustable, light, great on damp hair, I've used mne for at least 6 months with NO damage on my thick wavy hair.
Towel or lightly blow dry first for fastest results. Using it with damp hair leaves my hair softer shinier with longer results, I find, than dry hair.
Would have given 5 stars but no auto shut off for us forgetful types.
Yes, it will make steam or sizzling sounds on wet hair, but for those of you afraid of "boiling" hair remember, water's boiling point (steam) is 212 degrees F, much less than the 400+ degrees many of these irons reach, so steam doesn't necessarily mean "burning".
Speaking of heat, also tried a GHD IV but returned it-- although I usually turn the heat way up on irons on my thick hair, the GHD was way too HOT and damaged my hair.

This is a pretty good straightener. I have really frizzy hair, and most straightening products cannot banish this friz. This thing not only straightens my hair, but banishes the poofiness of my hair. I'm completely in love with this :)

Quick Take: worth the money!
I have owned 3 T3 wet to dry flatirons. The T3 Bespoke Labs 1 and 3/4 inch, the T3 Bespoke Labs 1 inch, and now the T3 Pro 1inch.They were all GREAT! I am black with short permed hair and it is perfect for in between touch ups. But my daughter has natural hair and it allowed her hair to go from a mini afro to shiny straightness in no time! This product has been a life saver to me. I never use my blow dryer anymore and very seldom use my curling irons. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to try a flatiron.(FYI: ladies with short to midlength hair should get the 1 inch).

I love this iron! I've had it for 5 yrs. I love that I don't have to blow dry my hair. I DO NOT get split ends from this product it seals the shaft of my hair and it's always sleek and shiny. U will not get volume of course! B/C u are going straight and flat which I love cause my hair is thick and gets wavy in humidity but not with this prod. My sister has super curly hair and she has used it for 5 years. she has to take alot of care with her hair because curly is really course and breaks easy. She receives condtioning txs regularly. Well worth the money!

Best flatiron ever!- 10.08.09
I've had several professional-grade flatirons over the years but this one is by far the best I've ever had! My hair is naturally wavy and usually when I straighten any humidity at all in the air makes it kink up, but with this flatiron it stays pin-straight even after being outside in light snow! The wet straightening takes a bit longer than dry straightening, but it's a nice option to have and works well.

I was excited to get this iron based on all of the reviews! I have very fine hair so I was sure that it would work great. I was disappointed with it for the money. It doesnt work very well with hair that is wet...and after working with it my hair was frizzy after a couple hours. It works okay on dry hair but I am not happy

I bought this when I lost my beloved GHD and didn't want to spend so much to replace it. The T3 is an amazing iron for the price. It gets my hair just and straight and shiny as the GHD. It may be slightly more awkward to use, but maybe I just haven't gotten used to it yet.

I had high hopes for this straightener, but I was not impressed. Perhaps it's because I'm too skeptical that Wet Or Dry irons scorch your hair, but I never felt like I was able to add volume to my short hair with this iron. Perhaps if I had long straight as a board hair I would feel differently. I returned this iron for the T3 Bespoke Duality, and have been very happy with it.

This straightener, both for wet and dry hair is not a miracle worker, ladies. It works well with dry hair with its sleek, heating power. But don't expect it to do much with wet or damp hair. You will also end up getting more split ends and dry tips by using it whilst wet.

the first hair straightener i had was from T3 also and thats why i decided to stay with the same brand. this straightener is cute, pink and girly. it straightens my hair really well and leaves it smooth and shiny. although i wouldnt reccomend using it on wet or dump hair. ur hair will get freezy. the other thing that i kind of dont like is that it sometimes pulls out my hair. other than that, great.
