The best strengthener ever

Hands down (pun intended) the best strengthener I have ever used - and I have used them all. I have been told by nail techs that I have the weakest, thinnest nails they have ever seen. I can only do gel polish because that is the only thing that will last longer than a day on my nails without flaking off. My nails rip, tear, break, bend, and as a result I have hangnails that bleed and look terrible. I bought this strengthener figuring I would give it a try and use it when I dont have time to do gel polish at home or go to a salon. It has been on 5 days now (I applied 2 thick coats) and cannot believe how great my nails look. Not only has the strengthener not come off, but my nails are actually growing out beyond the edge of my finger and I do not see any ripped edges or flaking at the tip that I normally see. My hangnails are healing, and my nails actually feel thick and, well, strong. Cannot say enough about how great this stuff is. I came on the site to buy more and notice its currently out of stock. Get some more Sephora!

Excellent base coat & more

I had recently jumped on the gel nail craze and although they are terrific in the longevity department, they do a number on your natural nail bed. I saw this strengthener online and thought I'd try it. I love the heft of the brush handle and how nice and smooth it leaves my nails either alone or under polish.

I like it!

This is the best nail treatment I've found, and I've tried quite a few. I've always worn clear nail polish, and use 2 coats of this treatment on my nails. It lasts about a week before I take it off and reapply. I like the look and it does seem to strengthen my nails.

I am TERRIBLY hard one my hands, and usually don't bother with nail polish because it always chips off so quickly. This strenghener really stays put, and the shiny finish gives my nails a nice manicured look.

I like this product. I use it as a base coat and usually my nails peel but this is helping. Also my nail polish stays a bit longer without chipping off as early.

I have tried every nail strengthener I've ever found. This one is working far better than any others. Maybe it's the right fit to my nails' chemistry or something. :) My nails feel thicker. They are definitely stronger. And, with the help of strength, they are getting longer, too, and not just breaking off as soon as they pass my finger tip.

I am an OPI lacquer diva from way back... from the original fantastic OPI Nail Envy strengthener to a myriad of color offerings. I now find that same high quality of lacquer in Sephora by OPI products from nail base through all selections of color, and BIG FAN and recommendation for the SEPHORA BY OPI TREATMENTS == THE STRENGTHENER in plain words -- IT WORKS... I also recently acquired the SEPHORA BY OPI -- HYDRATOR... magnifique! I use the Strengthener or the Hydrator separately as my base coat to prep for the colors, and at times I use both the Strengthener and the Hydrator together, placing first the one of the latter that my nails are yearning for, then follow with the other supporter before applying my colors of choice. Long lasting but most important delicious formulation for supporting healthy nail growth.

I love the Nail Treatment Strengthener. I play classical guitar so I need to have long nails to play. But during winter months, my nails split and break. I have noticed the strengthener does help protect allow my nails grow out. And because I have to keep my ridges, 2 coats smooth them out without buffing. Looks natural and glossy w/o color. I also use as a base coat.

I bought this based on the reviews that I saw here. I had used the regular OPI Nail Envy for years, but thought I would try this as it is about $5-6 a bottle less, and it is terrific. I usually wear just clear polish, and this is perfect for that. I also like the WIDE brush for a quick and easy application.

Great Nail Polish

I've never brought any nail polish that claims to strengthen my nails since I've been skeptical about how effective they really are. I was proven wrong by this polish, I've used it regularly and it has exceeded my expectations. My nails are much healthier, longer, and no longer crack or chip easily. I like how it can be used alone or as a base coat.

I had fake nails on like a dummy...like fake nails from Rite-Aid...and once they came off, most of my nail came with them. Enter this nail treatment, which helped me feel like a person again. I had pulled several layers off and this really helped protect what was left!

got this nail product for my husband as his nails reallly needed help works great and is very sutle to use on its own. i love it as a base coat w/ polish. it is much better than the regular opi one which is at salons.

I went with this Sephora by OPI strengthener because the regular OPI one is about twice the cost and I really needed something to help my flaking nails. I've been wanting to grow my nails out and I've never been able to because once they are long enough to surpass my fingertips, they flake and break off. I was able to grow my nails out about 1/4 to 1/2 centimeter past my fingertips the first time I used it. The best part was they didn't flake or break for over a week. I can't wait to see how much my nails improve after consistent use of this product!

Quick Take: fast drying
I bought this product to use after soaking off my acrylic nails. My natural nails are very thin and I wanted something to help strength then so that I could try shellac nails. I applied one coat everyday until my appt and it helped to keep my natural nails in tact until I could get to the salon.
