I wanted this set to kee in my bag while travelling. I picked up a set in the store, but it was in a plastic "zip" case. I ordered this so I could have a sturdier, yet more compact case. Metal nail files aren't good for you. Other than that, no complaints.

Quick Take: useful, practical, a must!, easy to use
I really wanted a nail set that I could throw into my carry on and not think twice if it had everything I needed. This is perfect for the upcoming Spring Season, have to keep those toes in check when you are wearing sandels :]

Quick Take: convenient, compact, sturdy
I love the cuticle clippers and the pushy/nail cleaner. They're big enough to handle and small enough to make me happy in my small apartment. The case will be convenient if I need to tote everything around.
The only think I have no use for is the file. It is rough as all get-out and the abrasive parts (the "grit") are spaced farther apart, which means it's cheap. If this was sandpaper you'd want something like 400 grit and this is more like 275.

Nice little set for nails.

I bought this because I broke my crystal nail file but they didn't have any in stock right now and I am quite happy with it. It's small and perfect for keeping in a makeup bag [about the size of your palm] the cuticle nipper is sharp and easy to use. The nail file works well but does leave my nails feeling a bit rough after but it's nothing that cant be fixed with a buffer. It's a nice set to have on you when you need it.

Great Mini-Set

Quick Take: easy to use, travel size, effective, comprehensive
This mini-set is FANTASTIC. I was looking for an essentials kit that could fit in my super tiny purse, and this kit is perfect. I always seem to get a hangnail or a broken nail or just have stuff under my nails.
The cuticle cutter is SHARP. I did not realize how dull my full size cuticle cutter was until I tried this one. Though it is small, it is really easy to use to get even the toughest pieces of skin.
The nail pushy/cleaner is also great. The only complaint, like other users, is that the pushy is flat, not curved, so it makes it a little bit more difficult than necessary to use.
Crystal nail files are a waste, and this one is no exception. Given the size however, it is okay for a super quick fix, but I could definitely do without it (though I do need a mini nail file!).
I purchased this set because it had a hard case whereas the new set (same items) appears to be in a bag.

This set is small enought to take anywhere, which is very convenient. Anytime you have that annoying cuticle or a piece of skin that needs to be cut off, this set comes in handy. I take it with me everywhere, since I have the nasty habit at biting my nails. Keeps me from picking.

I put this in my purse or I put in my work cubicle for those unexpected messes. The trimmer is my favorite tool. It clips very cleanly and sharply. However, I do wish there was a small nail clipper included. Then it would be perfect!

I'm a minimalist and carry a very small purse, yet this product fits! The cuticle trimmer is so easy to use that I use it in place of my expensive nippers.

I was traveling on business in NYC and realized I left behind a few essential tools. I walked into Sephora and right up to the 'tool bar' and found in one compact kit exactly what I was looking for! I the size and sleekness, not to mention sturdiness of the container make this set a perfect fit for my purse, briefcase and travel bag. I now own 3!

This is one of those tools that every girl should have one. I get manicures on weekly basis, but do love to keep this in my purse for emergencies. I love, love love the cuticle trimmer, the cuticle pusher and nail cleaner (2 functions in one tool), and use them pretty much every day to maintain my clean manicures. The nail file is dull, and not very useful. but to have 2 great tools with 3 functions in a kit for $20 is a steal. I give my 110% recommendation to buy this item.

This is one of the best beauty purchases ever. I always have a hangnail or snag on my nail that needs tending to. This is perfect, all I do is add the little tweezerman tweezer to it and I have everything I do always in my bag. Genius!
