Quick Take: full coverage
I have light/fair skin with yellow undertones and 117 is a perfect match. I wore Chanel's Teint Innocence fluid foundation in Cameo for several years, and while it matched my skin tone EXACTLY, it was way too sheer... I almost couldn't tell that I had anything on, which essentially rendered the product useless on bad-skin days, so I started searching for something with more coverage.
Anyways, I wore HD today for the first time and was told by an acquaintance that I looked like an old-hollywood movie star! Yes, people can tell that you're wearing makeup when you wear it, but you look flawlessly made up (like a vintage screen starlet) not cakey.
I would highly recommend this to everyone but the "earthy" or super natural types. This will be too heavy for you.

LIKE, WOW!!!- 11.20.09
This is FABULOUS foundation. I have very fair skin (not quite porcelain, but almost) with a neutral/pink undertone. I use this in color 110, the second to the lightest color the product comes in. (There is also a color 105, but I have never seen it.) It's an excellent match, provides full coverage, and is great on my oily skin. I wear it over the MUFE primer #5, the blue one, which really does add a tiny bit of brightness.

I read other reviews claiming buildable to full coverage. I would not say that at all! Its light to medium coverage and does not cover pimples very well at all. Also, it feels greasy and makes my skin very oily!

this foundation goes on somewhat sheer but has amazing coverage.. and photographs really well. it was still difficult for me to find the correct shade but i just use a bit of bronzer and all my blemishes and scars disappear!

I had such HIGH expectations for this foundation since Kim Kardashian uses this formula and shes obviously gorgeous. it made my skin greasy looking, im more dry then anything so that was strange. I would put a finger against my face and i could literally see my face on my index finger! just came right off so i would NOT recommend this when getting close to your men ladies. Just not impressed for what it claims to be. Doesnt make me feel HD at all..its okay i guess and plus it sank into my pores which are minimal =/

At first I didn't like this - but then I started applying it with a damp stippling brush or a damp Sephora #55 brush and it made a huge difference. It doesn't stay matte on me, but most foundations don't. I usually have to apply a touch up of powder half way through the day.

Good but not Flawless.- 11.19.09
I loved the way I looked right after applying. It gave me great coverage, but I noticed I would have to touch it up every few hours which did not make me happy, especially when you're spending 40 dollars on it. I have fairly oily skin most of the year and it did a decent job on keeping the oil down, but after having to touch it up I would start to look more and more makeupy.

Quick Take: covering
Does a great job of covering, but I feel that it looks heavy. During the summer I wear Bare Minerals, so this is definilely heavier. I think I would go back to the other Make Up Forever foundation next time.

Not bad for a normal skin but if you have oily skin like me.. dont try !! I think he accentuate the imperfection and not coverage for a long time.. maybe about 1 or 2 hours for me.

Like the rest of you beautiful ladies I've been searching the past 8 years for the perfect foundation and haven't found it yet..Wanted to love this one (its the BestSeller) but it is awful for my skin type. This review only applies to girls with my skin type: if you read the poor reviews on this product it's usually from the fair skin/dry to combo skin and there's a reason: (1)Cakey, shows all those little peach fuzz hairs on your skin,(2) creamy yet very very thick and not blendable,(3)certainly doesn't cover up any skin imperfections (as per prev reviews it actually accentuates problem zones) and finally (4) moisturizing? ha! definitely not, drying to be exact! Sorry this is long (I hate when reviews are a novel :D) honestly I've tried all the expensive foundations out there, I swear Covergirl TrueBlend is still the best, hard to believe but true! Sorry Sephora still love you though!

I used to use Bobbi Brown foundation or Laura Mercier tinted moistruizer but found that at the end of my day, 12 hours later, my face would literally melt away. I got the make up forever foundation with the primer in light pink as another reviewer recommended. I love it! My girlfriends didn't even notice I was wearing foundation and it stayed on all day. Definitely recommend the primer it goes on smooth and a little bit goes a long way. I wear 127 with the pink primer and I look fabulous!

Great foundation- 11.16.09
Quick Take: light-weight, sheer
After using Shiseido's liquid foundation in I20 for some time and eventually concluding that it is a bit too heavy for me (and I suspect it causes me to break out sometimes), I decided to give MUFE's HD Invisible Cover Foundation a try. I went to get matched in the store, and finally settled on 120. The color works very well for me, and I love how it feels on my skin. It is more lightweight than the Shiseido foundation, which could feel a little cakey towards the end of the day, and I really like how it has a pump to dispense the product more cleanly. It looks very natural on my skin, while still being able to cover my imperfections. As other people have noted, the main downfall of this foundation is that it does not provide any SPF protection. If this is an issue for you, I would highly recommend using a good SPF moisturizer underneath, and maybe even go over the foundation with an SPF powder during the day. Otherwise, I would recommend this foundation for use at night when SPF protection is not such a big issue. In any case, I am very satisfied with my purchase, and will keep an eye out for when MUFE provides a foundation with some SPF protection!

Fantastic!- 11.16.09
Quick Take: good at coverage.
I love this foundation! Good coverage, long-lasting, not too heavy (but not too sheer, either). It works on all parts of my combination skin, it doesn't settle into those fine lines starting to appear over the past few years, and it doesn't cause break-outs on the oilier parts of my face. And for the price, this is actually a pretty good value - a bottle lasts me for months.
